Review 1：No lift.

Review 2：The staff are friendly and VERY helpful. Location excellent to both beaches and bars (both local and British). Short walk to beach and Marina. Cannot fault breakfast for the price. Rooms adequate for price. Able to walk to both Cala Millor and Sa Coma (or buses easy and stops nearby). Stayed on several occasions and will again.

Review 3：The room had really nasty smell, like old people's home disinfectant, and there was medical equipment in there, an oxygen bottle and 2 other machines. WiFi only available in reception

Review 4：No lift in building however staff will accommodate you on the first floor if you put in a special request which we did for my elderly Mother.

Review 5：The price, the location, the staff excellent. Rooms are basic but very clean what you need to remember is for what you pay you are getting a great bargain and you cannot beat the friendliness of all the staff. 30 family and friends stayed here for one week and have said they would all definetly stay here again.

Review 6：I have no idea how come this place is rated 7.1. I'd never stayed there again. The room was is old and in bad condition. The bathroom is a bit newer and nicer, but that's it. The town looks creepy, and the beach isn't nice.

Review 9：The sea is 30 meters from the hotel, but it's impossible to sweem - stones and dirt. Море 30 метров от отеля, но купаться невозможно - камни и грязь. Parking is quite difficult. We were just lucky.

Review 10：40 euro in the high season (and weekend) it's a really good price for Mallorca. The room is clean and comfortable. Big balcony with side sea view. Live music in the hotel at the next side of the street till midnight. The staff is very helpful. They even let us to use the freeze in the lobby bar to cool our drinks. Delicious and sufficient breakfast.

Review 14：Ideal for "package deal" holidaymakers who have to vacate their room by midday and don't have a return flight 'till the following morning. Facilities are as good as or better than its "star" rating. Pool is small but very clean

Review 15：The hotel and the rooms are equipped a modest and old. The hotel does not have elevator. The nearby hotels are held alternately evenings musical program, so the neighborhood is noisy. The music is still heard in the court room as well. The nearby can be difficult to find a parking space, you can often stop just several hundred meters from the hotel. The bay is protected from waves. The depth is variable. Some places is sea shallow away from the coast therefore stones of seabed are dangerous.

Review 16：The very low price includes half-board buffet style. The buffet style breakfast and dinner is appropriate assortment relative to the price. All the food in Majorcan and very delicious. The bar is also relatively cheap. The hotel has a relatively small pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not far away (100 m) is stony, sandy beach, with sun beds and a parasol. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and are cheap bazaar. This hotel has an excellent and a cheap option for residence a few days or for modest needs vacation.

Review 19：Rooms far to small staff not very friendly okay if you ask them something but not great if you don't speak Spanish. Food not very good and always felt you were taking to long to eat. The noise is just awful no restrictions on pool area so if you had a room overlooking there the noise could go on till 2/3 in the morning and facing the other side the music was on most of the night and then the traffic started.

Review 46：Unfortunately it is not a quiet place at all. There is some sort of loud, constant noise (maybe an electricity generator) which goes on for gran part of the day. I believe it must be audible all over the rooms in the back of the hotel and in the swim pool area. It kicks in around 6.30 AM and dies down late a night. That made my sleeping very uncomfortable and erratic. Ask for a room on the front or skip this place if you have sleeping issue or want to relax.
