Review 1：Customer service on check out was very slow.

Review 2：Great hotel - booked at the last minute after our first hotel had electrical problems. Great breakfast, comfortable room, good wi-fi, close to town centre, air-con, secure car parking.

Review 17：Located in a safe, quiet street but walking distance to main square and pretty much all part of the city. The room is spacious and comfortable, clean. Internet access is fairly good in the room, not too fast but reliable.

Review 38：The breakfast room is horrible. They have these huge round tables which take up too much space and are not comfortable for 2 people. There was never enough cutlery and crockery the area was understaffed and the tables were never cleaned fast enough between sittings. This is an area of improvement for the hotel

Review 42：Breakfast was not bad, but definately not great. The coffee for example comes from a big jug and had a strange taste like it had been in there for a week. Some staff can be a bit grumpy, especially one lady at reception.

Review 43：We had a nice room located at the back of the hotel, so it was nice and quiet. I don't know if the same goes for rooms at the frontside since the street can be quite busy. Location is great, about 5 minutes away from the main square. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and that was pretty good.

Clean and comfortable, what stands out is the care put into making the hotel feel more like one's home - paintings, even hand-painted tiles bearing Salta poetry. A quiet yet very convenient location for the town centre, only three blocks away.

They accused us of not havinga reservation even though there was a mistake in their booking system.The drain in the bathroom overflowed twice in an hour, but we could notget a new room until the following day. We were told that we could notget massages on consecutive days even though the hotel had a"spa" & the staff was unaware of any place in salta wherewe could get a massage. The staff was not helpful when I needed tocontact my bank because I had lost my debit card.

Review 55：We didn't like the fact that an item was stolen from our car whilst it was parked in the hotel garage! This was obviously our own fault for leaving stuff in the car overnight (you hand your keys to the hotel porter on your arrival who then parks it on your behalf in the hotel basement). Fortunately, the item wasn't very valuable (utility knife around 150 USD) but it is the principle that counts! When we confronted the front service desk with the problem, they pleaded ignorance and wasn't very keen to help.

The hotel is situated 2 or 3 blocks from the main plaza in Salta - so its quick to walk to the city centre - and the street is not too busy for it to be a problem. The hotel rooms was very neat and well-furbished. Breakfast was typical Argentinian.

Review 57：Very friendly and helpful people in the Hotel, much better than the average!! Lobby and breakfast room very nice. Superior room no. 508 is of good standard and quiet, as not facing the street, which is of high importance. Only 5 min to walk to the city center. We can absolutely recommand this nice hotel!
