Review 1：Lovely quiet location, well placed to reach all we wanted each day. Lovely apartment, nice and warm, plenty of room, beautifully equipped and spotlessly clean. A real home away from home. Frau Sonntag is a delightful host, thank you very much.

Review 3：The place is fantastic, far away from the highway, so no noise, big yard to enjoy fresh and clean countryside air, the owner is truly wonderful, we couldnt find an open restaurant for the 24th of December so she offered to bring us dinner and never even billed us for it; the breakfast is actually a buffet like in big hotels, generous and tasty; higly recommend it !!!

Review 4：Beautiful apartment with plenty of space. Very welcoming hosts. Hired bikes, spent a couple of days at the lake and visited the town of Xanten. Lovely relaxing time, sorry we had to leave. Even teenagers enjoyed it!

Review 6：It is place, which you visit and you want to give it 11 points. A real oasis, silence, tranquility and peace. It was our second visit, but it didn't changed through the years. The owner, Dorothee is very, very nice. Best place to relax. Full of nature and animals. Lot of sightsees in the near.

Review 8：The location is great, a few miles outside of the centre of a lovely town (Xanten). Our apartment was absolutely beautiful. Huge comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and a lounge area. Gorgeous gardens and lots of little areas to relax in outside.

Review 9：Once again Dorothee was an amazing host. This is our second stay and we were so pleased tp have come back. We had fresh eggs and tomatoes on arrival with sweets for the children. The place was immaculate and we couldn't find fault with anything. We would not hesitate to book again. There is a bumpy track to get to the accommodation and the wildlife we saw was amazing, birds of prey by the dozen and other small animals. 10 out of 10!

Review 11：This Place is 5 Stars all the Way. The house Is Placed in the countryside with peace and quiet just nature. The garden is huge and could lose your children for a long time in a good way.They are free range chickens in which you can get fresh eggs. You are able to hire Bikes at 2.50 euros per day. The People are very friendly but they leave you alone to enjoy your holiday but there if you need help. My daughter left her dress left and the people sent the dress through the post ASAP to us .The apartment is extremely clean and plenty of room and I took 3 daughters and wife and we had plenty of room. My children ages are 20yrs . 17yrs and 14yrs and they all said that they want to come back again. We will return in 2016 for another holiday. A huge THANKYOU.

Review 24：Cost of accommodation facilities is abnormally low.About 100 EUR per night. I think that soon the payment will be taken double.

Review 25：The accommodation facilities are to relax after a tiring working day of the town office. If you want a reasonable cash relax and enjoy five-star comfort, handling the following: planning a flight to Weeze, take the car for 1/2 hour reach Haumannshof and recreation relaxing environment can begin.

Review 26：The only drawback, and it is more of a feature really, is that you can only get there by car. But I would rent a car just to be able to stay there again. The wi-fi cut out sometimes but was acceptable.

Review 27：I cannot say enough good things about this place. Beautiful surroundings. 3 bedroom apartment in a well thought out re-done farmhouse surrounded by the farm. (We got fresh eggs delivered the first morning!). The owners were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Our unit was comfortable and private and spacious with space for sitting outside as well. Bathroom big with lots of hot water. Kitchen more than adequate. Bike rental available. Paradise for children of all ages. Lots of space to run around with play area as well. And in the middle of a zone with lots of bike trails and other sports or visit the town of Xanten for some history. We have been traveling as a family for some time and we all agree that this is the best place we have ever stayed.

Review 28：We were a group of 5 guys who had come to Dusseldorf for an Exhibition. To be honest, the pictures posted on www.booking .com do not do justice to the beauty of this place. It’s a lovely family/holiday home, away from the hustle-and-bustle of the city, where one can peacefully relax and enjoy with family. Everywhere you look you’ll find greenery. This place is blessed by Nature. If the winter (we were here in February) was so beautiful, I cannot imagine how beautiful the summer would be in this place. I would recommend this lovely home to anyone who loves to live with Nature. Dorothee was extremely friendly and welcoming. They always made sure that we were comfortable and had a lovely time. I would rate this place above 10+.
