Review 1：The bed was not very comfortable my husband said. There was no ramp into the dining room.

Review 2：The disabled facilities were excellent unlike most hotels. If the timing had been different we would have stayed there on our return journey. The staff were very friendly. El Cortes Inglés is just across the square.

Review 3：Heating does not work. Blanket Bedding is old model and is cigarette burns holes. Cigarette burns in curtains.

Review 6：I requested a spacious room and a got a room in a corner of a building with limited space. The minibar was empty and even if the hotel looks like it had some maintenance the details (sheets, TV, etc) looked old. Also, the products available in the included breakfast had a bit of age.

Review 7：The main thing of this hotel is purely the location - city center. Also the staff was helpful in finding our way. Related to the room, the bathroom looked clean.

Review 11：The staff was most acommodating, although I have to say that I requested a room in a high floor via Booking and didn't get that at all. The executive double room is big for what one usually gets at 50-60 euros in Spanish hotels.

And it took a while before we even asked questions when they do not speak English! Sound insulation was very poor, large gaps between the doors. Use Avoid belonged to all the sounds in the room clearly what was really disturbing.The beds were pretty poor sleep and covered and the curtains had holes in it ??

One time we had somebody that opened our room door in the middle of the night!!! The very next night we heard staff shouting at clients? Or maybe Intruders? at 4am! Still wondering what happened. We could never have a nice sleep!

Review 22：Steet parking in vicintiy was unavailable at the time I arived (mid afternoon) so I felt obliged to pay the rather steep charge for garaging the car overnight (10€). Whilst I appreciated a double bed, the mattress was uncomfortably hard for my liking and I slept badly.

Good underground private parking available. Staff we encountered were very helpful in-spite of our language difficulties - very little English on their part and just as much Spanish on ours. Thank goodness for Internet translators.

Review 39：While breakfast was a bit limited, without a lot of choice, there was cereal, meat, cheese, bread and croissants. And of course a variety of coffees. It was more than enough for us but others may feel differently about breakfast so I thought I should mention.

Review 40：We were there for the Benicassim music festival and elected for Castellon as it was considerably cheaper than Beni itself. The Dona Lola has decent rooms for the price range with a good sized bathroom - neither was tiny. The location close to both the city centre and rail/bus stations was also very good and there is an excellent variety of bars in the immediate area as well as a nice park. Staff were helpful and friendly, the whole place was spotlessly clean, and there were no problems with the wi-fi connection. And shuttle bus to Beni stopped about one minute away from the hotel. Overall great value for money.

Opposite to a park and within a few steps to at least two good places to eat outside of hotel's own cafe/restaurant. The standard of the room is good albeit a little small. No EnglishTV but too many good beaches on Costa Azahar to have time for TV.
