Review 2：Despite the website noticed there was no wifi, there was free wifi. We had room 8 and 9 which means we had almost an entire house including living room and bar. Breakfast with eggs was great and staff very friendly. Free parking only 100 metres away and downtown. Nice location to stay for the October fest in Xanten
Review 3：I paid 65 euro for a single room (breakfast included), i don't know Xanten prices but i think it was not cheap.
Review 4：Room was clean and decorated in a special way. Toilette was quite small but with all facilities i needed. Breakfast included sweet and salt foods and breakfast service was fast. Location was very close to the center.
