Reviews for Hotel Bahia
Review 1:The hotel is dated and very tired. Bathroom refitted but in old positions so the wc pan was 15cm off the wall meaning only 30 cm in front of it to the wall. Similarly the bidet was forward of the wall and encroached on the basin area.
Review 2:The view, location could not be bettered
Review 3:Awful room facility. Coukdnt even shower in morning as it was broken. Has to wash only. No coffees or teas facility and couldn't even buy anything to eat in hotel. Worst ever
Review 4:Nothing
Review 5:Like the land that time forgot V fawltey towers, different price every time at the bar for the same drink, room was dirty and noisy, bathroom appliances all loose, cables showing on hairdryer, never stay here.
Review 6:Location is just on the beach
Review 7:Only two choices for lunch and dinner. Only offered yogurt or a piece of fruit for dessert. No hot breakfast offered. No draught beer.
Review 8:Location, right on beach.
Review 9:The showeroom!!!!!
Review 10:Everybody was helpful and charming but it was lucky that I speak a little Spanish as no one spoke English apart from Madame who has a few words. Loved the spaciousness of the restaurant, reception, bar and terrace. Great being right by the sea.
Review 11:Very dated decor great location for the beach. Didn't have Air con in room just a fan and very old 70's looking room decor. Perhaps there are better rooms in the hotel but entire hotel could do with a complete refurb.
Review 12:Parking was not an issue lots of spaces in the hotel car park. Staff very helpful and friendly
Review 13:The facilities are so old that everything about the room/bed/bathroom was terribly uncomfortable. The shower was so small you could barely stand in it and the bathroom flooded every time you took a shower. The toilet also stuck every time you flushed and eventually broke altogether. There's no air conditioning so the rooms are unbearably hot (they see direct sunlight all day so are just like an oven). The bed was also old and uncomfortable and to top it off the service was horrible. You're supposed to leave the key at the desk, but there was never anyone there (at anytime of day!). Also, don't plan to stay out late because the hotel locks at 2am. If you try to get in afterwards the night manager makes it clear that he has been terribly inconvenienced by your being out late. Overall the staff was very unwelcoming - during the day time and night time. I hope I never have to stay at this hotel again or anywhere like it.
Review 14:The only good thing about this hotel was it's location on the beach. Everything else was terrible.
Review 15:No fridge in the room; Very hot water running through the toilet
Review 16:Location - right on the beach; I was given a double room and towels etc for two people; Dinner on the terrace in the evening;

Review 30:Nice situation right on the beach
Review 31:Breakfast was a bit minimal, only toast and marmalade
Review 32:The terrace is absolutely beautiful and the location of the hotel is ideal for a beach holiday. There are a few restaurants in the area but the main shopping centre is a 15 minute or so walk away.
Review 33:Surrounding area is a bit run down, with a disused shopping centre next door.
