Review 1：Kitchen and cleaning

Review 2：Room phones not working, hygienic issues with breakfast. Glass were uncleaned, breakfast food was outdated. Juice was not fresh!!!

Review 3：No kettle, microwave or small fire to warm up some water or food. Expensive breakfast. Broken spring in my mattress causing me backache. Would need a makeover to look like a 4 stars again.

Review 4：Central location. Excellent and daily cleaning service. Fridge in the room. Great staff (with the exception of one single rude receptionist who used not to greet me).

Review 8：Friendly, helpful reception staff. Asked for extra pillows they arrived within 10mins. Late checkout at no extra cost. Across the road from buses and trains but no noise. Great value.

Review 11：The receptionist when we booked in looked us up and down when we entered the Hotel as we were wearing shorts and flip-flops. We felt this was very impolite and rude. There was no shower gel in the room and the receptionist stated that he could not leave the reception as he was working alone till 11 pm. We were given a key to another room in order to retrieve some shower gel.

Review 13：The main thing i have to complain about is the bed bugs, my god they had a banquet on us. i normally sleep in shorts and a tshirt after the first night my legs and arms were covered in bites we resorted to sleeping with our clothes and hats on using insect repellent cream and sleeping on top of the covers. The wifi whilst having good coverage was slow and regularly dropped connections. There is a mini fridge in the room which unfortunatly is tied to the electrics with the keycard so when you remove the keycard the fridge shuts off meaning if you have been out all day and return to your room thinking you will have a nice cold drink waiting for you in the fridge think again.

Review 14：The hotel was easy to get to literally being outside the train station and close to the tram stops for going into the university area and the town centre. The staff were friendly and efficiant, the rooms were clean, the shower although a mixer tap had plenty of pressure and hot water. The breakfast was plentiful no matter what time you went. One thing i really liked was with most hotels once you removed the keycard all electrics in the room were shutoff including the air conditioning, not the case here the air conditioning still ran without the keycard so we could set it on low and return later in the day to a nice cool room.

Review 21：The hotel isn't up to 4 stars standard. The rooms lamp and wallpaper were stained and the bedsheets had cigarettes holes in them, same for pillow cushions. Air con hard to adjust. There is no room service apart from pizza delivery and no mini bar. It does the job but it is not a good hotel. Hotel Luz where I've stayed last year is way better.

Review 22：The staff is nice, room spacious and clean and the hotel is located opposite the train station which makes all travels very easy. It would benefit a make over.

Review 23：The windos couldnt be opened. It's internal ventilation, and I like fresh air not closed system. There were no window blinds,just curtins, so light wakes you up in the morning.

We had out dog with us and have never felt so welcome as we were here,also no charge for pets.The service was incredible, the hotel was spotless everything was where it should be.The staff were frendly and helpful ,great good and a great choice for breakfast. I am in the hotel business myself and am very hard to please . I will be using this hotel from now on

Review 28：Poorly signed considering it is on a main road probably only a big problem if you are using the hotel parking. No wifi-it was broken? No restaurant facilities Buffet breakfast coffee was awful If you arrive in the dark as we did it is difficult to find somewhere decent to eat.a quiet room is one that is on the third floor or higher. Frankly the Hotel Luz next door looked a better option.

Review 35：Trying to find it with gps! Friendly local police took us right to the door. Corte Ingles was nearby but only noticed big shopping centre on our way out! Barcelona football team arrived and stayed next door!

Review 36：Given very large modern double bedroom on 5th floor with its own small terrace overlooking the mountains. We only stayed one night on our way back from France into Spain so didn´t use spa/sauna. Staff very friendly, really good breakfast & underground parking great
