Review 1：Evening buffet not up to standard, food limited selection for English guests and not hot. Breakfast buffet acceptable but still not of a good standard.

Review 16：The breakfast was perfect. There's a lot of variantion. The room was so clean. And my view from my room to the sea was perfect. The staff were really nice and they can speak correctly englisch. And I feel save at this hotel, because at night only customers can go into the hotel with your roomcard.

Review 17：Close to the railway, so could be a problem at night for those, who don't really sleep tight, because in some rooms, there isn't AC so you need to have the door open! But you get used to it in a day, so not a big problem!

Review 19：There's an extra charge for everything. WiFi is $3 a day if you want it in your room. Not really WiFi if it isn't free! Parking $12 a day. Television remote an additional charge we didn't bother with. Air conditioner remote $10, which you get back when returned. The food was plain and boring.

Review 20：Lovely hotel with beautiful balconies overlooking the sea. There's also a wonderful walking path across the road next to the beach. The restaurant across the street makes delicious food.

Review 21：I am a professional triathlete with a very specific diet, Juan the chef went out of his way to provide me with the food I needed and all the staff where amazingly helpful. My stay here set me up for a great race and it was perfect for my very limited budget too!

Review 24：The rooms are clean but basic, no features except a small TV set hanging in front of the bed. There's a safe in the closet but you need to ask for a (charged) lock to make any use of it. The bathroom was ok with a tub and everything worked fine, but there was often a smell from the pipes. Between the promenade and the beach there is the railroad, and the hotel is not far from it. Sometimes in the morning you can hear the trains. The hotel appear to be the choice of big guided groups of teen agers coming on organised tours from abroad. For a young couple, it was probably not the best choice to stay for such a long period, but we had already booked with no-refund.

Review 25：The hotel has an excellent cook. It was a good choice to have dinner in the hotel, because every day there were nice and varied food. There is a nice bar with a veranda on the swimming pool on the ground floor, with animation in many days of the week. Personnel is kind and helpful. The location is very good, close to the entrance to the beach, on the west side (a newly built area with many hotels) so you can easily walk to some nice small bays located past the cape with the lighthouse. Still the centre with all its shops is within walking distance. You can also access the nice new promenade.

Review 26：the pool was very dated but as we always go to the beach this was not a problem for us' I did find it very noisy the trains the tractor cleaning the beach and one evening 20 or 30 people conversing under our window qbout 2 in the morning.In hindsight I guess we shouid have paid for air con and then we could have closed the doors'

Review 30：The restaurant manager is incredibly rude and patronising. Never had such a bad time in the restaurant. Definitly avoid buying dinner or lunch. Despite the hotel name none of the staff speak english more then a few words. Certainly can't answer questions if you have any. Pool was very dirty. Seaside view is not as advertised in the picture. Only the rooms on the corner are actually facing the sea. The rest are perpendicular. Ok for the money though. The cleaning staff never left toilet paper. We run out of it on the last day. Ouch.

Review 32：Very disappointed having an allocated table for mealtimes which we had to share with an elderly Russian couple so mealtimes were very awkward. We like to relax and have a bottle of wine with our meal but there was no chance of that as we were only allowed an hour and if you hadn't finished they threw you out! Restaurant staff were quite rude and hardly spoke any English. Also the pool looked dirty and very uninviting, luckily we prefer the beach.

Review 33：The room was lovely, huge kingsize bed which was very welcome. We paid for sea view and we did have a lovely view of the beach. It was clean, had free wi-if and the food was ok. Reception staff very helpful.

Review 40：We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and then another 2. The staff were very helpful and kind with the exception of the restaurants manager which did nothing apart of standing around and bulling the waitress. The first 5 nights was very pleasant as we played extra for a sea view room. We stayed half board and the food was OK buffet. The 2 other nights where horrible we stayed in a cheaper room facing a neighbor hotel. The internacional hotel was packed with young students and the next door hotel also. This made sleeping very hard as the students/ youngsters were very noise shouting from their balconny at various times in the night. The night porter was very good in trying to stop them but only in one night we had to contact him 5 times which meant no sleep so defenetelly would not go back to this hotel.

Review 41：The hotel was full of teenagers possibly school trips. We had a bad experience with a blonde lady on the reception. Maybe she was new or her understanding of english is poor but still that's no excuse for unprofessional approach and rudeness. Other staff was very helpfull.

Review 69：Breakfast is until ten buy they basically want you to be finished at ten. Evwry morning the main waiter came to us five min after ten to kick us out. I think if breakfast is until ten they should plan at least half an hour more time for people finishing their food.

Review 74：it's a nice hotel located in the first line and quite far away from the city centre and train station (15-20 minutes to go). Breakfast was pretty modest but good enough and we heard that dinners were very good from time to time. The city itself is not really beautiful but good to stay if you want to get both city trips (Barcelona, Zirona, Figueres, etc.) and a great beach before/after your journeys (5 minutes from the hotel). Comparing to the other cities in the same direction from BCN this one was nicer and often cheaper than the others.

Review 77：Everything. Very noisy masshotel where you really feel like a number. They forgot we had halfpension. Then they wrote down on the hotel card that dinner was from 8.15pm until 9.15pm. When we arrived at 8 pm it turned out they start at 7.30pm intil 8.30pm. Food was terrible we found shortly, female staff in the restaurant were rude as well. Also on booking they mentioned 20 m2 but it was not even 12 m2. When confronting the reception with this he fingerpointed to booking.com.....

Our friends was the same time at another hotel, which has 3 stars and their meal was worse. We visited it in summer and hotel also made every evening some show. It was really cool,we saw Flamenco show and other small concerts free for charge. Very friendly staff,thanks for everyone. Also it was enough good adapted for people with disability in wheelchair
