Review 1：during heavy rain window in our room was leaking a bit, but I guess it's a part of a charm of old buildings, after that we received bottle of good local wine so, not that bad after all ;)

Review 5：It's not the hotel's fault but hear in mind that the weather in Garachico is very different from the south of the island and it can be quite cloudy (though warm). Parking can be difficult especially at weekends and festivals.

Review 6：This is a very classy and well run hotel. Lots of lovely places to sit in peace and quiet, friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed here 3 times over a period of 12 years and it has been consistently a delight. The town is vibrant and welcoming with a lovely rock swimming area which is beautifully maintained. Several good restaurants are very close to the hotel.

Review 8：Welcomed into a beautifully restored old wealthy merchants courtyard house. Every aspect was well thought through for comfort of mind and body. Knowledgeable local staff helped plan day. A favourite hotel!

Review 13：Overpriced, rooms dark, like sitting in a cupboard under the stairs. Pool unheated, centre of building open to wind and rain- hopeless in bad weather. Breakfast uninspiring, lukewarm coffee, insipid orange juice. Overhyped.

Review 31：We cannot speak highly enough of this place. From the warm welcome on arrival, help with parking and bags, a room upgrade when they heard we were on honeymoon (plus flowers and wine in the room!), everything was outstanding. The breakfasts are good, dinners are top quality (the duck, local fish and suckling pig all highly recommended) and service at all times was excellent and friendly, but not stuffy or over-formal. Where other hotels can be functional, this one really cares that you have a great time during your stay. Special thank you to Manolo on reception, who was brilliant!
