Review 1：the apartment is very spacious and well equipped. the landlady was very friendly and though she did not speak any English, she used an translating app on her phone which helped the communication.

Review 5：Booking.com's instructions on how to find the place where bad, non existent. You should have highlighted what to do on arrival. I spent 30 to 40 minutes trying to find it at 8 pm in the evening in pouring rain. Instructions from you where absent. You should instruct tenants to telephone a contact on arrival. I had assumed that the 4 digit pin you supplied would let me in, therefore I tried to find the property. What was the 4 digit pin for ??
