Review 1：Our stay would have been perfect if 1) the coffee at breakfast was better. It was watered down. 2) there was a constant cigarette smoke smell in our room in the evening. Not sure if it came from the bar or outside.

Review 2：The staff was excellent. Location was very convenient to the slopes. Breakfast was very nice except for the coffee.

Review 3：The room was a bit smaller than on the photos on booking.com, but it was not cramped and everything else about the hotel made up for it.

Review 4：We felt welcome and appreciated as guests. The Skiers' snack (as good as a full meal) from 3-5pm every afternoon was a real bonus. Probably the friendliest, yet professional staff members we experienced in a hotel in a long time. Proximity of hotel to ski lift is great and ski-room at hotel lovely. We can recommend this hotel.

Review 5：The room was non-smoking and didn't smell like cigarette smoke when we first entered. However, throughout the day and night, the room at times was inundated with a very strong cigarette smoke smell. I think the bar area or another smoking room vented into the hallway next to the room and/or directly into the room.

Review 6：Very short walk to the ski lifts. Free breakfast and afternoon snack were very good.

Review 7：The room was just a small sleeping room, with a tiny table and two small chairs; not attractive to spend your evening there. A "stube", where you could read a book or play a game, was missing. There was only a bar (but smoking!).
