Review 1：Slightly hard to Find and no car park on the premises. Although it was round the corner. Rooms a little too modern for my liking. Not a lot of atmosphere in the hotel itself. Also seemed to be the youngest staying in hotel and we are over 50.

Review 2：This hotel. Is right on the beach front. With the pool facilities in the adjoining building. Breakfast was well served with a large variety and even catered for gluten free. Very impressive.

Review 3：The bar which was at the front of the hotel overlooking the harbour was closed all day so to have a drink we had to go to the pool bar. On the second day of our three the entire hotels hot water supply failed meaning we had to have cold showers. Not ideal as we were heading to a wedding!

Review 5：Air Conditioning in hotel not very good. Top floor rooms have no cover over the balconies, so when it rains (and it does) you cannot sit outside like everybody else.

Review 11：Bathroom makeover is required. Rusty and chipped bath. Cracked leaking sink. This years makeover will not last long before it will get tatty and tired. Id give it 2 seasons before you see this? Patio door wouldnt lock.

We liked more the beach in Cala Millor and went there every day (around 20 minutes on foot -it was not a problem at all). Good choice of food for breakfast. Though repeated every day we still liked it. We had a sea view room with a great view! Respect to the hotel for king size real double bed (not 2 single beds)! Live music in the evenings. Great value for money.

Review 32：In Room 411 the telephone didn't work - reception aware, awaiting new system. Requested a knock on the door on day of departure at 7am and they rang by phone which they knew didn't work! Not good enough! Woke up 10 minutes before due to be collected. Thankfully driver waited. Noisy air conditioning unit running all night on terrace, spoilt what would have been an enjoyable stay.

Review 37：could not fault this hotel reception staff were excellent i had requested a particular room after a recommendation although i suspect it was more expensive than i had paid it was ready and waiting when i got there breakfast was superb many many different choices all fresh and hot although i was only b n b i had the evening meal at a cost of 14euro and it was excellent. room was big and roomy cleaned everyday with tv free wifi and safe all in all i could not fault this hotel and would and will go back

Review 44：- location, in front of the Cala Bona small port - you can access the main beaches and attractions on the Eastern coast - terrace and sea view from the room - we stayed in a room at the 4th floor which had a huge terrace (the rooms below had only a small balcony) - big free parking place 5 min walking from the hotel - breakfast was ok, however not too many options for meat and cheese (the same 4 types of salami and 2 types of cheese every day); some more authentic mallorcan products (like sobrasada or cheese) would've been nice; I've enjoyed the fresh fruits though. One could see that the hotel is mainly designed for British tourists - the focus was on the English breakfast :-) - fridge in the room is a great advantage - the complimentary drinks at arrival and bottle of wine and fruits found the next day in the room were very nice surprises; also, when we arrived at the hotel in the first day at 10pm, we were a bit hungry so we were invited by the staff to have a small salad at the hotel's restaurant - the bar downstairs is nice - pool and spa area was also nice, however I've only used it for 1h in our last day (I prefer the great Mallorcan beaches)

Review 45：Had a few minor issues with housekeeping, took dirty towels but didn't leave clean ones, and dirty tea cups left in bathroom sink. Soon resolved by the staff and this would not stop me recommending the hotel to others or visiting again myself.

Review 46：The staff were very helpful and the choice at breakfast was superb, something for everyone! Conveniently located in the beautiful resort of Cala Bona with easy access to facilities etc. Evening entertainment in the bar area was most enjoyable.

Review 47：I unfortunately was quite dissapointed in generally. maybe my expectations were to high because of the high rate on booking.com and the lovely looking pictures...well, here is my point of view: air conditioning was not working and the room was not really clean, already when I checked in, there were hairs everywhere and dust under the bed. I reported both at the reception, nothing happened. after some days I left a note in ES on the bed to please clean the floor, then it was partially cleaned. there was a dead and very dried out bug between the 3th-4th floor for the entire week I stayed there, probably still there. In the pictures the pool seems to be huge, well it isn't at all, it's pretty small. there are definitely to few umbrellas and the sunbeds are poor quality. The towels for the pool are available only at 10 o'clock...the beach with sand is not very close to the hotel, you need to run for about 10 min. in the gym there is no air conditioning, so expect to have no air anymore. At breakfast there are no vegetables!! the selection of the fruits, cheese, bread is not very wide. I had half board, but I was only twice at dinner, I preferred to eat outside. The food is not bad, but the options few, comparing to other hotels I stayed in.When I checked in I was given a room on the corner, from which I could see a terrace, the gym and on the right side a garden with tomatoes. At least they changed my room, giving me a double room, because I had paid for a room with pool view. But I had to argue for that, because they of course at first had no other available room. Probably as a punishment, they gave me one without working air conditioning...but at least a ventilator was there. In the night, between 2-3 o'clock, the garbage is being collected, so expect to hear that too, because it is very loud and you get the impression they will not finish anymore. In the morning they are collecting some bottles, or I don't know what, so again noise...

Review 49：Cleaning could have been better. On first day they served us a plate of fruits (which was nice!) but never cleaned any of the fruit peels during our stay. We stayed three nights. Bed had only one blanket to be shared. I asked for separate blankets on day 2 and they provided - so far so good. However, on day 3 they had cleaned the extra blanket away! I noticed this at 11pm and called reception. They said that nothing can be done as cleaning service was open only until 5pm! No sorries, no anything.

I had half board and for me the food was good and a good value for the 3 stars of the hotel...they is a good choice , but if you looking for high standard cousine obviously you need to look for external restaurant. I really enjoyed the availability of a gym in the hotel...it's small but has got the basic machines to a daily session. Pool area is also nice and clean.

The staff were very friendly from the waiters to the manager. The rooms were a little dated and feel it's best to ask for a sea view and pay the supplement.
