Review 1：Reception closes in night!, NO carpets in rooms, room too small, high value of money and wasnt including the breakfast, nothing near the hotel (everything is far)

Review 3：Location-you have to take a bus to the center of town. No where to buy food or get help from reception outside of business hours.

Review 4：The quality of the room was of a high standard but it is not a hotel. You need to buzz for someone to let you in if you miss reception hours and it is in a hospital building for consulting rooms/offices. We couldn't find where to have breakfast except for a very small cafe on the ground floor. There is a in our room so I'm guessing this is for short term accommodation for people who work at the hospital. The reception who checked us out were very nice. If you want to go into the centre of town there are many buses that stop outside the hospital grounds. A comfortable stay overall for one night but location is not suitable for tourists.

Review 5：This hotel is actually part of a private hospital facility! Nothing on the web site indicated that. Arrived at time we had notified them 20.40. Nobody there. Person on intercom said call back in the morning! After further discussion they agreed to come in about 10 minutes. The person who came was not at al familiar with the building. No idea where we could park -ended up on loading zone overnight. Off putting to see patients etc. Very clinical. Facility is used for patients on day stay or recovery from treatments apparently. Next morning person on reception did not acknowledge us or the difficulties of the night before."free wifi" turned out to be only a few MBs if that, then no access.

Review 7：The "Hotel" is part of a hospital and principally for guests of patients, not easy to find and not well directed. We arrived late and (our fault) did not check the instructions to arrive by 9 PM , impossible to gain entry we had no choice but to find other accommodation It should be very clearly stated it is part of a hospital complex and this will cause discomfort to many

Review 8：Room is clean and quite. New and high quality facility. 24 hour reception. Hotel is in a big build with multi-functions. And no big sign to show the hotel, we are confused when we arrive at middle night.

Review 20：The hotel is difficult to find: Therefore a hint: follow your navi and you will arrive at a Parkhaus No 4 which is very close to the hotel. No chance to miss this one. But that will be also the moment the navi will give up. There are 2 barriers. one into the garage and the second at the left. You have to pass the second barrier which will open when the the call button is pushed. 200 m uphill at you will have reached your destination. It is recommended to park your car on 8th or 10th floor. The exit there is directly next to the hotel.

Review 21：The Gaesthouse is located outside the town on hospital campus in a very quiet environment. It has completely modern furnished rooms and facilities. The double room is equipped with fridge and kitchenette, the single room (no kitchen and fridge) is smaller but also ok. Cars are parked in a multi story garage (10 euros a day max, free during the night ) +/- 200 m away. Parking looks very safe. Public traffic (bus) is also available. Very friendly staff, snacks and food is available during day time. A taxi ride into the old city comes at about 10 Euros at @ 10 minutes.

Review 22：The fact that is situated among clinics disturbed a bit my girlfriend but not me. Also, it could be hard to reach by public transportation (didn't try).

Review 23：I loved how clean the place was. Everything sparkling and almost new. Nice location, friendly stuff, easy to find with parking close by. The parking is free from 20:00-08:00. It's 10 euros for a whole day or 1 euro per hour. The breakfast was very good with an amazing value/money.

Review 28：The location. It is situated between several hospitals. We thought we were not at the good location when we arrived. The hotel is actually just one floor (I think about 25 rooms) of the hospital. The rest of the floors are used by hospital personnel.

Review 29：Internet was not available the day of my staying. Breakfast with only a few options. Fot a "guest house" i would expect better prices. I think it was expensive.

Review 30：It is more a "guest house" rather than a"hotel", so with this regard the services were very satisfying. The location -right opposite to the UniClinic- is the biggest advantage!

Review 31：We checked in in the evening, when there was only a security guard who could not help us when there was a mix-up in the booking, keys made for two rooms instead of three. The atmosphere is bizarre. The building is a university clinic. We thought we were in the wrong place as there were no signs to indicate a guest house/hotel. Parking is inconvenient but the place is far enough from everything that you kind of have to have a car.
