They accommodated us with one member whocould not eat gluten buying food especially for him. We were notinconvenienced by the construction but I suspect that the price will goup when it is done. Many German business people use this hotel.

Review 18：From the time of the check-in to the check-out there was nothing one could not like! Friendly and professional staff in all areas of the hotel. Room allocation, cleanliness of room and all parts of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was perfect in an airy and light room with wonderful food choice and great value for money. Undercover parking at euro 5.00 a day was fair value - and one could get to know the size of the car!

While the hotel is being renovated, we were there on a weekend, so no noise or distruption.This is a very good hotel - soon to be a great hotel after the works are completed. Next door to a very decent supermarket so other food options are available. Travel into town was not a problem. On-street free parking available if you have a little patience and arrive before evening.

Review 23：No hot pot for coffee or tea. A lot of street noise if you choose to keep windows open. Parking garage roomy & well lit once you get into it BUT the entrance and exit to underground parking is same tiny, steep but short driveway. Would hate to negotiate it in stormy or freezing weather. Also, parking garage level is 6 or 7 steps down/up from the main reception floor so if you don't unload/load your luggage at main entrance on street level, you must carry it up or down these steps.

Review 24：Clean and modern. Excellent WiFi. Convenient to Stadtmitte, Autobahn, train station, regional trains and S-Bahn, and a variety of restaurants. Room is very quiet when windows are closed. Air conditioning quiet and cool when needed. Bed is very comfortable too. Not sure if all rooms have it but mine has a small refridgerator. Staff very helpful and good English speakers. Very clean and fast elevator. Good views of town and surrounding vineyards & hills from my corner room on 6th floor. Excellent breakfast buffet for 5€ in a lovely dining room and an outside dining patio when weather permits. Clean and beautiful sauna and outside patio on the top floor for no extra fee.

Review 29：They really should be up-front about the renovations. I had no idea the hotel was essentially under construction until I pulled up and saw the scaffolding outside. The desk clerk told me no one would be working until 10 AM, and the next morning I was vibrated out of my bed at 9. Not to mention the disconcerting feeling caused by strangers walking past my 6th floor window. Once the work is done, this will be a great hotel, and it honestly wasn't too hard to overlook--I just wish I'd known what I was getting into.

Review 73：Amazed it's only a 3 star! They gave me my preferences without question. They offered me coffee (no charge) The 'single' rooms are complete with the biggest bed in a large airy room. The TV had UK Channels BBC, ITV and Ch4. The Sauna is on the top floor and is clean, large with a roof terrace overlooking the city. Breakfast was fried/scrambled eggs with sausage bacon and then all the normal German pastries etc. The charge for parking in the secure garage was a reasonable 5Euro, Break fast about the same. Contrast that with my Munich hotel where each is 20Euro. Staff very helpful. Hotel is 30 yards from a small supermarket open till 2200hrs.

Review 74：All the staff members are very helpful and welcoming. But sorry to mention this, there was one guy at the reception who was checking if I'm a hotel guest or not. The way he asked me my name and room number was not at all pleasing. There are better ways to know about your guests.
