Review 1：Nothing. Only gripe for me was no tea making facility in the room, but that's a British 'issue' not a hotel problem.

Review 3：Suite - isn't really its a suite - It was two bedrooms ( one set up as a lounge, but with the single beds still in it) with a corridor between them.

Review 5：the pool was too cold;shame really, as I love swimming and we stayed for 4 nights.Also, the spa pool was also very cold-I was informed that this was because of 'bacteria'-however I am sure that you would actually see guests using water facilities if the temperature was raised!

Review 7：Lovely hotel in a very quiet location but within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff in this hotel go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. There are quite a few steps here which we did not find a problem but less mobile people might. However, the views are well worth the effort.

Review 8：The peace and quiet and the view over Port D'Andratx were fabulous. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help. We loved the stairs that so many other visitors didn't, it adds to the character.

Review 9：Service from staff is very hit and miss. The lady on the front desk on the last day was so helpful. Others were unhelpful.

Review 10：It's the best hotel in the fairly small, but lovely, port of d'Antraitx. Love the location. An old building with contemporary decor, so quite charming.

Review 11：We booked a specific table for my Birthday dinner overlooking the port and when we arrived for the meal, we were told the table was no longer available for us to sit at - this was dissapointing but not as disappointing as the reaction to whom we think was the Restaurant Manager. He asked why we had to have that specific table and he suggested a table in the back corner. We actually left and didn't eat there in the end as we were not happy with how he treated us. He was the only person in the whole hotel who we experienced this with, everyone else was absolutely fantastic.

Verybasic around the pool no nice cushions no staff unless you phonedreception the only staff you saw were the porters dragging cases to therooms in the back block.

Review 63：The hotel was wonderful and the best vacation we've ever had! Wherever you spend time at the hotel, you can still enjoy privacy and calmness, never felt crowded though it was fully booked. Really enjoyed the stay, and the town was so pretty and small.

Christina the receptionist greeting us with such enthusiasm and obviously loves the hotel. Her father has been chef for many years apparently. A great place for a long of short break.

Review 65：It was ashame for the money not to have a balcony but some rooms do it's the luck of the draw. The rear of the hotel has another block of rooms which face out to the sea with balconies but tonnes of stairs. I also don't know if all room are upgraded which is why we went superior and we like large bathrooms. The spa I looked in on and is a plunge pool and a relaxing bed - wasn't appealing to me as a bit damp and chlostraphobic however the choice of massages looked fantastic.

Review 66：The views are amazing and the hotel feels boutique and intimate. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the bathrooms enormous (superior room) We travelled early spring so it was very quiet so we got to sit alone by the pool which was wonderful - may get busy summer

Review 74：The staff have a very helpful, friendly, relaxed and polite attitude. This particularly applies to Marta and Cristina on reception who were good fun as well. At breakfast we were well looked after by Christina. I also have to mention the unsung heroines of the hotel, the room maids, who did a splendid job on our room. We particularly appreciated having the very good quality towels changed twice a day. Our room with balcony had stunning views of the port and mountains. The locality also enjoys an easy walk to many excellent restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and Port Andratx and would consider returning again next year

Review 75：Breakfast was not good at all. We are vegans and have requested twicebefore our arrival if they would cater for us. Breakfast had no veganfood and we ended up eating dry toast with marmalade.
