Review 1：Very noisy at night. The beds were more like camp beds and were extremely uncomfortable. As we were there in October the apartment was very cold at night and as there are only sheets on the bed we had to use the blankets stored in the wardrobe which didn't look like they had been washed in a while. The shower was very small and the grouting was dirty. Shower curtain didn't work and water would pour on the floor every time you used it.

Review 8：The receptionist could not speak a word of english and that caused some frustration. Would havd liked a kettle in the apartment to make a cup of tea. Had to boil water in a saucepan for that.

Review 9：Beautifull setting close to beaches and restaurants. Flat was well equipped and spacious Seaview from our balcony was wonderfull and we had a restaurant/cafe bar downstairs where we could go for a coffee in the evenings.

Review 10：The place is right on a great town beach. It is close to some very good restaurants near the harbor. The kitchen is well stocked and the flat was clean.

Review 11：English We were quoted a total cost of 54€ for the night. Only afterbooking, were we told that there was an additional fee of €35, becausewe stayed less that a week. Of course, we could cancel, but we would notbe re-imbursed the €54. Not really what we call best practice.Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable, there was a waterfountain right outside our window, and the air-conditioning of the nextdoor restaurant kept turning on and off all night. Let me put it thisway: Our flight back to Germany on Ryanair was a lot more comfortableand, as it turns out, cheaper than this apartment. And we finally gotsome sleep on the plane. We would like to recommend this apartment, butonly to people who really hated us.GERMAN Wir haben dieses Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gebucht, weil der Preis von 54€ verlockend klang. Erst NACH der Buchung wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir 35€ zusätzlich zahlen müssten, weil wir weniger als eine Woche dort übernachten wollten. Natürlich hätten wir unsere Buchung nun stornieren können, aber die 54€ wären dann einbehalten worden. Das war wirklich keine Art. Leider waren die Betten auch sehr unbequem und direkt außerhalb unseres Zimmers befand sich ein Springbrunnen, der die ganze Nacht plätscherte und die Klimaanlage des nebenan liegenden Restaurants schaltete sich alle paar minuten an und aus. Ich möchte es mal so formulieren: Unser Ryanair-Flug zurück nach Deutschland war deutlich bequemer und, wie sich herausstellte, auch günstiger als dieses Apartment. Wenigstens konnten wir im Flugzeug endlich schlafen. Natürlich würden wir dieses Apartment gerne weiterempfehlen, aber nur an Leute die uns wirklich hassen.

The Fine Print

Between 20 June and 12 September there is a 7-night minimum stay, and arrivals and departures must be on Saturdays only. Check-in takes place from 17:00 until 20:00. In addition, for bookings during these dates, 30% of the total booking fee is required in advance; the remainder is payable on arrival. For stays of less than 7 days, guests must pay an additional charge.In the low and medium season (from 01 January to 13 June and from 14 September to 31 December) check-in takes place between 10:00 and 14:00 and in the afternoon from 17:00 until 20:00. Guests planning to arrive after 20:00 should contact the hotel prior to arrival.
