Review 1：Beautiful hotel and lovely grounds. All staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. facilities in hotel excellent with super pool and poolside restaurant.

Review 2：Spa not great, massages etx were not really that good very rushed. Freezing pool (indoor) and not really good dinner options very limited. Bar inside the hotel was closed so we were not able to sit on the terrace and have a coffee after a busy day in Palma, only pool bar was open but not really good enough for a 4star!

Review 4：Nice quiet location but a very easy 10 inute walk to the port where all the bars and restaurants are. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The spa facilities were excellent and at the time of year we were there (mid October) we more or less had them to ourselves. The staff couldn"t have been more helpful.

Review 5：Our garden room was very close to the poolside and therefore somewhat overlooked. Next time would ask for a first or second floor room.

Review 6：The friendliness and efficiency of every member of staff. Fantastic breakfast choice and a glass of cava every morning on the veranda. Lovely pools with comfortable sunbeams and a charming pool boy.

Review 7：When booking this hotel, I specifically requested a upper story room not a ground floor room, this was written on my booking form. nobody noticed special request and I was given a ground floor room and as hotel was full I couldn't change. Absolutely refused an request for an hour extra late check out. hotel run down, rather tatty and old fashioned

Review 13：We had our 3 year old with us, got an ear infection from using hotel pool. Wasn't clean enough. No fresh juices at breakfast, just cheap imitation. When you arrive at the hotel, no one helps with luggage, you have to walk quite a way from the car park to the reception. There is no facility to pull up outside the reception door with the taxi or hire car and unload. When you have a child, buggy, cases etc it's a very stressful way to get the the reception to check in! I would expect at least a door man for a 4 star hotel.

Review 34：The location in P Andratx is excellent and the town is itself perfect for a group of mature friends to visit. Fantastic choice of bars, restaurants and coffee stops. We have stayed here before so knew what to expect, but our friends who have quite exacting standards were hugely impressed. A gentle walk into town for retail therapy (girls) and cerveza therapy (boys) followed by a swim in the pool and then a further walk in the evening for a superb dinner. What is there not to like?

Review 35：Overall we think the Hotel offers reasonable value for money, however we were very disappointed with the quality of food served for evening meal. The buffet breakfast was acceptable but why oh why do they serve slices of fruit with the peel still on?

Review 36：Location is very convenient, and Hotel is very easy to find. Has an excellent car parking facility. The Hotel is fairly large with a number of separate buildings and not a lot of space to wonder around. The staff in general are pleasant and helpful, but there are often long queues waiting to be attended to at the concierge desk.

Review 37：Although the staff were very efficient they didn't smile. It wasn't until my last evening that a member of staff called Laura made me feel welcome. It doesn't take much to smile!

Review 39：This place is in a lovely location but it comes with a very high price tag for a hotel that is very much _not_ 5 star. The carpark was full when I arrived. I told the receptionist this and was greeted with a 'not my problem' shrug. The icecream freezer was empty. We weren't allowed eat by the pool. We asked for a double room but got a twin with the beds pushed together. How can I help populate the earth with an uncomfortable gap between me and my better half? They charge 5-star prices for a 3-star service.

Review 40：This hotel is in a nice location. The AC in the room was great and the area itself is peaceful.

Review 49：The cooked element of the breakfast was a little disappointing. Eggs poorly scrambled and fatty bacon. We also had issues with the first room which we were allocated, it was dark and with no view. They seemed to have ignored our specific room requests; however we were soon given another room.

Review 51：Mind what drinks are being ordered - check the bar menu as could end up with an expensive surprise (we had a grey goose incident). Tea was a let down on a morning needed about 3 bags in tea cup - but am struggling really find fault at anything.

Review 52：The place is immaculate and staff very friendly. Rooms very comfortable and contain everything you need. Breakfast buffet is out of this world definitely something for everyone. The three tier pool is perfect as plenty of room for everyone and the pool attendant did a good job of keeping everyone else's kids entertained. Good mix of nationalities staying at hotel too. Thank you Mon Port our brief business stay was a pleasure and just a shame couldn't spend more time at your wonderful hotel to relax.

Review 55：The dreaded sunbed situation. People 'reserve' sunbeds with hotel towels very early. There is a note in the hotel guide that says this is not acceptable but it happens! The hotel must do something about it at busy times, its ridiculous. I was the only person swimming at 9am yet all beds reserved around the pool but not a soul about! And the WIFI is hopeless!

Review 56：The service we received was excellent, the room delightful. The food was excellent with many breakfast choices. Dinner menu and restaurant service faultless and the food fabulous on two occasions. Well equipped gym, gorgeous spa indoors. Wonderful outside pools and gardens. Lovely quite place to chill in the evening, no music or noise.

Review 121：Don't go if you don't smoke - too many people smoking everywhere, e.g. no designated smoking areas by the pool, snack bar. So smoke always wafts over and cigarette ends in the grass. Such a shame as this would be a first rate hotel without that.
