Review 1：The unhelpful staff, the shabby state of the place the AWFUL sewer like smell the dark gloomy nature and the fact that they or you billed me twice for the same booking and then this place wanted cash from me or they were going to put us out on the street. They were reluctant to help and apparently share their card machine with 5 other establishments. UTTER SHAMBLES

Review 3：Garish cheap decor, felt like a student bedsit. Would never have booked it but unfortunately we arrived the 1st night of Mahon fiesta (which was amazing) and it was the last room available in town. Very expensive - especially for what it was. Breakfast, not included, was poor for 3 euros. Watery coffee and a couple of pastries.

Review 5：The staff is really friendly! Always happy to answer questions, to recommand restaurants or to help in any ways. Very smiling! The place has got a perfect location. You just walk a few meters and you are in the center of the city! Also, the rooms are clean, and the roof top is crazy!! You can have an amazing view form there! Thank you Posada Orsi

Review 6：Room with a window direct in front of another room...you can hear and see everything...No air in the room and really humid because of this configuration...The bed was like a opened Sofa with really bad quality...

Review 8：It was steaming hot, no aircon, and just a fan which seemed to make the bright pink walls flutter. The room was absolutely tiny and not enough space to swing a cat. They charged for everything - including water, a printer, to leave your bags, etc. They only provided drinking water at breakfast time- and even then it was minimal.

Review 10：The staff were very nice and helped me with for all the things I needed. The terrace at the top is simply amazing, great place to relax, drink and eat with a great view of Maó!

Review 11：I've been travelling in Spain a month now and this place was just lacking the warmness and hospitality I've experienced elsewhere. When we arrived for the check in wet sat in the lounge area and I could see there was a pot of drip filter coffee and my friend and I were going to have a cup but the man at reception wouldn't allow us saying it was only for the breakfast, a cup of filter coffee costs nothing and was petty. I was also sick with a cough over night and my friend asked for the location of a pharmacy and when she returned they offered her a tea for me and then said it cost euro 1.5. These are just small things that impact your impression of a place and its hospitality.
