Review 1：Very cordial and helpful staff - Mr. Juan at the desk was always helpful with tips and guidance concerning places to visit and practicalities. Centrally located and within walking reach of restaurants, stores, etc. The availability of a minimalistic, shared kitchenette (with a dedicated refrigerator per tenant) was an added advantage for us vegetarians with two young kids for cooking light dinner/breakfast.

Review 2：twenty five euros for my sole use of a double, en suite room, use of a kitchen, near the centre of town with knowledgeable English speaking staff. Also, free, secure bike storage. Can't say fairer than that1

Review 11：Breakfast is not included in the room charge -- but I only became aware of it at checkout. No cold milk was provided for the dry cereal. There was a step between the floor of my room and the floor of the bathroom. So, notwithstanding the elevator, this facility can not be considered wheelchair-accessible.

Review 12：Of four locations where I stayed on a recent trip to Spain, this was the best value for cost. The staff was particularly helpful when I had need to print out a train ticket. Wi-fi was satisfactory and vastly superior to that which I later experienced at a much more expensive hotel in Granada.

Review 17：Everything was really nice. My special gratitude to all the staff, who helped me totally. It is really important in the small town, where not so many people speak english and all the bus schedules are absolutely wrong. In addition the size of the bathroom was unexpectedly impressful.

Review 24：The older gentleman in the reception was warmhearted, charming and very helpful. He really made us feel welcome. The room spacious and beautiful. Also, the bathroom was big and the shower was excellent. This is not a luxory hotel but the price-quality-ratio is spectacular.

Review 27：The location of Toril is superb. Easy walking to everything worth seeing in Antequera. The only drawback (and a minor one) was the noise late at night from the bar underneath the street front rooms. Other than that, a great place to stay

Review 28：Forgetting to turn on hot water is pretty unforgivable, especially inthe winter when a cold shower is not refreshing. When we suggested thatperhaps they should take the price down they shrugged their shoulders.

Review 29：The price was pretty much the best thing about the place - 60 euros forfour of us. It was cold (we went in November and there was no heat), theroom had one window that went on to a dark corner of an interiorcourtyard and they apparently forgot to turn on the hot water. It wasvery basic, but clean and the room was large. We came late and leftearly, as it was a stopover on the way to the airport, but Iwouldn't want to hang about in it.

Review 41：Hotel Toril is in the centre of Antequerra, which is a very beautiful city. The owner was most helpful and friendly. The rooms and furniture is maybe a bit outdated but is was clean and that's what counts. Breakfast was, considering its price, ok.

Review 42：Breakfast was much below expectations. Wi-Fi - not working or working from time to time. In Spain it was the only place where I was not happy with the food, and I slept in several hostels. Even if there was not big choice, everything was fresh and of good quality - not in this place. In some other countries I would say it was acceptable, at most. One of reasons to choose this place was that breakfast was included, so my disappointment was even bigger.

Review 85：It's a small family run hostal and very quaint. The check in was easy. The car parking is a short distance away and is subsidised by the hostal,leaving a minimal amount to pay. It was very quiet. The room is clean and comfortable with its own ensuite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable too. The view out of the shuttered window was like a postcard of narrow street and the alcazabar on the hill in the distance surrounded by the typical white houses of the hill towns.

The hostil was very clean. The breakfast was continental and you could help yourself to what you wanted. Would stay here again. A very cenral location

Review 88：The car parking facility in the nearby town centre car park entails a circuitous driving route back to the hotel if clients wish to avoid having to transport heavy luggage from the hostal to their vehicle on leaving. Whilst this didn't affect us unduly, it could be difficult at certain times of the day when the town streets are busy.

Review 89：The hostal was ideally situated in the town centre. The staff were exceedingly helpful in all matters, and the breakfast provided was a good start to the day. There is a very good selection of fairly-priced restaurants in many of the nearby streets.

Review 90：We can't really complain about the wifi because the ad says it is available in public areas- which it is! We unfortunately couldn't access wifi in our room so this would be our only suggestion for improvement to make it perfect! (But there is a public computer you can use for free).

Review 92：The water was cold to start with but the staff did sort it out, however the shower was awful with hardly any water coming out. The other problem we had was the other guests who woke us up at 3 in the morning, there was no way of blocking the noise and there were no staff to sort the noise out, the whole hotel must have been woken up - so this spoilt our stay.

Review 95：Friendly and helpful staff. Small, inexpensive town very conveniently situated for exploring Andalucia by car, train or bus. Beautiful mountain range including Torcal is well worth a visit. Car park, market and hot chocolate and churros all within 2 mins walking.
