Review 8：The Hotel is clean and very comfortable, the staff and management are very pleasent and very responsive to the needs of their guests, and just a generally friendly atmosphere is upheld by the entire staff. If you are ever in Heilbronn, wether on business, pleasure, or planning a special event, The Insel Hotel has all you would want or need.

Review 10：The friendly staff, cleanliness, location and breakfast just can't be beat! The breakfast bar was a great way to start the day. The city square with shops, restaurants, cafes and drinks are only a 3-4 minute walk. And the scenery around the hotel, situated in the middle of the Neckar River is just icing on the cake!

Review 11：We never have enough time to stay longer! We are always in transit between the UK and Austria so our visits are limited to two to three nights.

Review 12：Everything about this hotel is great. Wondrful food, breakfast out of this world, great rooms and very dog friendly. Staff are wonderful, nothing is too much bother for them.. We have stayed here about a dozen times now a always enjoyed it.

Review 47：Friendly, intelligent, fabulous staff. Also a wonderful restaraunt andbreakfast buffet. A great sense of family ownership and involvement.

Review 48：- Hotel being renovated, therefore, not very pleasant- we asked for quiet room, we got a room with street view (during wine festival...), window not closing properly,... - the "park" behind the hotel is more a garden - long lasting service at the restaurant -> price is huge for the quality of service, I would not recommend it

Review 50：We had no frigirator in the room. It is quite strange in afour star hotel. Internet was not free as it is very normal elswhere and even was expensive nobody knows why...The sauna just worked for 17,00 Why?

Otherwise there was no refregerator, no cold drinks, in the room, poor for a hotel of this scale. I have a leg-handicap and the access to the breakfast-room was painful, there was no stair-ramp.
