Review 1：No functioning wifi internet. Staff not unfriendly but a bit 'distant'.

Review 4：The location. The rooms were clean, comfortable and airy. The staff were wonderful and would do everything possible to make your stay a pleasure. This is probably the best hotel that I have ever stayed at in Germany.
Review 5：There were no facilities (restaurant, bar, etc.) because the day we visited was, without warning, a RUHETAG which means their day off so no food, drinks or service and they didn't accept credit cards either. How a modern hotel thinks it can get away with this kind of service defeats me. Not recommended till they join the 21st century.

Review 11：Great location 10 minutes drive from Bernkastel-Kues. Rooms look out over the river. Very clean and modern interior. Hotel does not take credit cards but is happy for you to wire the money from your bank when you get home so this is not a problem. Family run with friendly staff. Good continental breakfast.
