Review 1：Clients need to park better in the car park. It is tight for spaces and with a bigger car it is very difficult to park.

Review 2：Very good modern hotel, close to the centre of the city.

Review 3：Very scary garage with narrow corridors and steep entrance. Do not drive to the second floor with a large car if you can avoid it.

Review 4：We got two connected bedrooms and a small lounge area for our family (4 persons). Helpful staff and good AC. Located near city centre.

Review 5：The staff promised to fix our problem with had with our safe but nothing, no one came. Our air conditioning was not working but there was no one to fix it. As s family we had to sleep separately.

Review 10：I do not think the breakfast is very good. One member of staff does everything. you have to make your own coffee and tea from a machine. That is acceptable but not when the hot food is not very well presented. It does not look appetising and is quite cold. You could save money and not put it out at all, then if someone wants fresh hot food they could ask for it and it would then be fresh and hot and appetising.

Review 13：As we stayed in a number of hotels in Spain before we did not expect that much for the price we paid. It was a big surprise however when we saw the facilities and the service provided by Intur Castellon. to top it up we were not charged for using the underground garage.

Review 14：It may turn out to be rather difficult to park the car outside the hotel parking, even by mid-August.

Review 15：Good location within Castellon. Clean hotel & helpful staff. Pretty big rooms with big, comfortable beds. Large and assorted breakfast, though it took some time to the staff to replace some dishes when they had run out of them.
