Review 1：Coffee machines don't make the best coffee.

Review 2：Fifth time here in past 15 years. It never disappoints. Breakfast is a delight - great selection of hot or cold food

Review 3：A kettle was provided but we were not given any complimentary tea or coffee. Also no complimentary bottle of water in the room which was a bit inconvenient as we arrived after midnight.

Review 11：Incredibly noisy rooms, walls are like paper. I could hear all the conversations in the next apartment. The sunbeds were very old and either broken or badly stained with suncream. There was not a lot of room to move around the pool, very claustrophobic.

Review 12：Fantastic location. Our apartment townhouse was in a lovely part of the grounds too. I'd recommend the hotel as a good base for a holiday but I wouldn't recommend it if you wanted to stay around a pool all day as all the sunbeds are literally touching each other and there is nowhere to move them to.

Review 13：The first apartment was very small and felt depressing . The showers had plastic shower curtains which didn't keep the water in so flooded each time we showered.

Review 14：I liked the self catered apartment with hotel facilities such as gym and bar . We upgraded on the 2nd day as the first apartment was small and depressing . It was certainly worth 20euros extra a day for twice as much room .

Review 15：The only negative thing I found was the service for lunch and service for drinks can be quite slow,it seems more staff is needed,as we could see single staff members under a lot of pressure,yet at breakfast their are plenty of staff.

Review 17：The personel in the bar were not very friendly. It was impossible to read anywhere what the menu was in the restaurant, and we therefore never visited it. We bought take away pizzas once, but they were a great dissappointment - very small and too much cheese. Wifi was very poor, but that goes for most hotels in Mallorca.

Review 18：Very nice rooms with perfectly working A/C and superb bathrooms. Not much noise from neighbours, seemed to be a well built Building. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There were a sufficient amount of chairs at the pool and the pool was of a sufficient size for the number of guests, though not huge.

Review 25：I've to mention that I had one of the worst massage ever in the spa. With my wife we had over 100 massages all over the world and for the first time we found a massage therapist so inexperienced. Internet is not stable and doesn't allow you to work properly.

It was especially difficult as we arrived late at night with a young baby and just wanted to settle down after our long journey. Luckily we were upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a junior suite!

It is very modern, minimalistic, very clean and comfortable. The room was large with a beautiful bathroom. Food buffet style and excellent - if anyone makes any complaints about this hotel there is seriously something wrong with them!

Review 51：Terrible hard mattress and pillows, no sleep for 3 nights! No direct bus from the airport to resort, you have to change at Palma. Regular bus service but takes a long time to get anywhere, From Hotel to Palma by car 25 minutes by bus 1 hour 10 minutes. Ended up spending a fortune on taxis! Best here with a car. The Hotel is one the far side of Port Andrax, all the bars and restaurants are on the other side so you have to walk 10 minutes for evenings out.

Review 53：I purchased wifi for the week at €15 but it was very poor and really wasn't worth buying. Also the pool was pretty crowded at times with children splashing about and people tended to reserve sunbeds with towels but overall this wasn't too much of an issue, just a little annoying on occasion.

Review 54：Beautiful location and very convenient to walk to the harbour. Stylish apartment and lovely hotel. Andratx is stunning. Great beaches nearby, wonderful restaurants and awesome scenery. Not overly touristy but plenty to do, very local feel which creates a lovely atmosphere. Made for a brilliant trip.

Review 93：I had phoned from uk to ask if we could book in an hour earlier as we were attending a wedding at 2pm. When we arrived at 1 pm they had no rooms ready at all so had to change in a shower room!

Review 98：A spacious studio apartment, well equipped and nicely decorated with a hint of luxury. Helpful staff and run with great efficiency, the complex was quiet and well presented, all guests were respectful of others. The complex is just a short walk from the main port area which allows lovely evening strolls to choose dinner! A car is necessary to visit the main lovely beaches nearby.

Review 99：Very hard beds and no duvet cover, just linen. Thin walls so you can hear everything from other rooms around you. The cleaning ladies start making loud noise so early that it's impossible to get a nice long sleep in the morning. One guest was snoring so loudly in the room next door that I could not sleep. It is not possible to even get a cup of coffee between end of breakfast and lunch (10.30 to 12)

Review 103：Poor management. Moved 3 times during my 8 day visit(room 836, bungalows 803 & 809 and finally villa 702). Reason: faulty cooling system. Twise requested wakeup calls did not materialize. Bedroom door latch looked and we could not get out. Had to call reception to send someone to unlock the door. Eeven in villa 702 top floor toilet tank dripping, bedroom air conditioner making clinking noises of and on all night and relevant remote control did not work after the first night and had to be switched with the remote of the ground floor unit. Management should be proactive and ensure that maintenance/service staff regularly inspect rooms and report any problems NOT wait until guests discover problems and report them.
