Review 1：Cigarette smoke invaded the room on a couple of nights.
Review 2：The staff were very friendly and even kept the items I left in the room after checkout so that I could pick them up the following week. The breakfast is basic continental but is satisfying.
Review 3：Twin room was very small with narrow single beds. Not really enough space for 2 people. Bathroom tiny, you could barely close the door when sitting on the toilet! Stayed in a single room there before which was a bit better.

Review 5：The shower was terrible. Very small and water cycled between hot and cold. Parts of the device to which the shower head was attached would fall of each time I touched the shower head. I also had a very bad time with the internet. (I did speak to the lady at reception who said the hotel was full and I was the only one who had complained). For 3 nights I only had internet access for a few seconds to a few minutes at a time.

Review 7：Staff gave wrong information about parking which resulted in a parking ticket. I contacted the management for a refund (or even an apology!) and no one bothered to reply.

Although there was not a great variety in the offerings it was sufficient and fairly typical of what many lower priced European hotels offered. However on the "supply" side, there was enough available on the first day but on the second day when a group of young people descended on the breakfast most items were consumed and no replacements were made by management.

Review 29：It's a family hotel, so rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Beds are soft, stuff is friendly and helpful. Location is really good for travellers (2 minutes ro the Central Station and 7 minutes to the City Center) I would recommend staying there to those who travel on business or who need some moderate accomodation for a good price.

It's shame for hotel that on the recption work poorly-education personnel.

Review 84：We had the window open as it was so hot. Lovely geraniums on the window sill and trees outside, but there were a lot of people walking past and talking very loudly (close to the station, so have to expect this). The bed was new but it creaked.

When I asked the staff about the wi-fi, they said there were too many people using it (thre reception does not depent on amount of users). More importantly, they did not seem to care about my problem (if you travel for work, you need internet).

The receptionist was fully understanding and gave me the keys without going through the check in. The decor was simple, but nice with wooden finish. Bathroom clean. Close to the train station, so I was able to get a snack even at that late hour. Quiet!
