Review 14：Breakfast was due to the high number of guests struggling to keep up with the demand, i.e. some trays were empty and not replaced yet. Tables hadn't been cleaned for next guests. But there was a high number of guests and we arrived most likely at an akward time

Review 22：It is a little bit far from downtown, which likely doesn't matter to business people or those driving a car. There is a bus nearby, but after a certain time in the AM, the bus only comes every hour. A cab is recommended from the train station. There is a mega store nearby for essentials. The absence of a refrigerator was a bit of a hassle. I think they were still putting the finishing touches on the place (hence the great price we got). A person at the desk said that they were putting refrigerators in soon. And one final thing was not the hotel, but the restaurant. Don't get me wrong the restaurant, the food, and the staff were amazing, but what is desperately needed is one more restaurant option that is maybe just a bit more casual, for those times when you just want a bite for dinner instead of a fancy meal.

Review 23：A very nice hotel with a helpful and attentive staff. The room was very clean, smart, and stylish, if a bit bleak for my taste. But overall, a very comfortable yet chic hotel. The restaurant is quite exquisite, with a staff that is as stylish and helpful as the hotel staff. It is great for a romantic dinner overlooking the river, or a business dinner where an impression absolutely must be made.

Review 24：Rooms are small, adequate but small.The hotel shares the restaurant with a sister hotel a short walk away, however the staff here are French with no intention of trying a little English. Not a problem as the pizzeria opposite was fantastic and fluent in English.

Internet option however only allows one connection per room booking (I think), although it did work well. Also a positive is that there is ample free car parking at the hotel.

Review 35：The bathroom was designed by someone in favour of modern, minimalist installation. Unfortunately that meant: a) no rail at the washbasin so nowhere to hang the small towel to dry one's hands b) the shower head is mounted in such a way that it sprays horizontally at about 125 cm height. No possibility of attaching to a hook or device higher up: try washing your hair in such a position nor any chance of just standing below the running water. Moreover, there is no door or sliding device to keep the water inside the shower area. Before you know it, your bathroom is starting to flood....

Review 36：The hotel is located quite far from the city-centre. This means you either have to take a bus or walk for about half an hour (to the porta nigra). This walk can be quite pleasant, however, if you walk through the city cemetery. Although the bed is big and comfortable, the pillows really aren't. They're so soft they don't offer any neck-support. The bathroom looks great, but there was no upper support for the showerhead, which meant you either had to be a midget or keep the showerhead in your hands to wash your hair and upper body.

Review 37：The hotel looks really nice and is very easy to reach by car (which you can park for free). This means it's well situated if you want to explore the region. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were spacious. The bed itself was quite big and comfortable, although the pillows weren't. As it is located next to a shopping centre with a supermarket, it's quite convenient if you want to do some shopping (for example, if you want some drinks before you leave on a daytrip). There's also ample opportunity to grab something to eat, as there's a chinese restaurant across the street and some fast-food places nearby (I have no idea if they're any good, we didn't go there).

Review 38：The bed wasn't that comfy and the shower head was set off to the side, so you had to hold it in your hand the whole time and the water would pour out easily.

Review 42：One or two armchairs in the room would have added more comfort as there was plenty of space. Extra firmer pillows in the room were also needed. For a long dinner, we were in the restaurant one evening for 3 hours, more comfortable chairs would have completed the experience.

Review 43：Cleanliness was like home, very clean, and the bed was new, and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the modern decor and ample storage for our extended weekend stay. Breakfast was well worth the price. Private shuttle transportation to the Porta Nigra and town centre was an added plus. Dining in the restaurant was a pleasure! Excellent menu offerings!
