Review 1：they do not have hair dryer, no safe box , WI FI is not that easy to connect, I followed all type of procedures but still did not work , so I have to buy sim card to access the net, the man in the reception he seems do not care when I complained he said call the number written in the card, I called they did not answer they have automated system. they have free parking but in return major things do not provide.

Review 3：The area around the hotel is a little run down and the street is pretty loud if you're on the street side.
Review 4：The hotel was very new, very clean, the staff was nice and helpful, and the breakfast was just fine. Very close to the beautiful city center.

Review 13：We were not informed that the weekend we booked to stay there was a festival going on right behind the hotel and even with the windows shut you could hear the music very loudly. We asked to move and were offered a double room and €20 refund but there were 3 of us. All family rooms were located on the side of the festival.

Review 19：Easy to find. As always, a well appointed room with B and B hotels. Parking was enough, though it took my GPS to find it. A simple explanation would have helped. In asking where to park, I was given a piece of paper with an address.
Review 20：The room next to us was having a loud party and they were knocking on our door and playing very loud music! We could hear everything through the walls and they were drunk and loud. No sleep and had a child with us. No one available to stop the party and the next morning I talked with the lady at the front desk and she was very rude and didn't seem to care.

Review 44：Instead of a receptionist there is a monitor and entry pad, and credit card slot in the wall next to the door. Enter your reservation number and it gives you a number which it doesn't tell you opens the front door and your room. No human interaction whatever! And this was in the middle of the day. Really weird! But it probably helped the hotel cost less.
Review 45：Everything. Close to train station. Mall with food court at the end of the street. Old town and residential areas with resterants all within walking distance. Don't expect huge rooms, this is not an American hotel, it is a place to sleep, clean up and regroup. It has all that is needed in a bright.clean and modern, compact package. And wi-fi is included. I can't say enough about the staff members, friendly helpful, a good resource for information and my poor german was graciously listened to and then answered in good english.
