Review 1：Far from the city center. I stayed 5 nights. The room service staff cleaned the rubbish bin and toliet only. It would be better if they could clean the floor as well during my stay.

Review 2：I could enjoy the beautiful night view just sitting in my room. Good breakfast! Nice staff! Bathroom is clean.

Review 3：The only trouble is the cleanliness -not the rooms but the common toilets for men. For sure, it is a question of common culture and we, men, are a bit lack of cleanliness, I suppose. However, it would be better if it is cleaned more frequently. I also had a look at the ladies room, but it was really clean.

Review 4：Very friendly and welcoming reception, best proximity to the city center and everywhere, fair breakfast. It was my second time there, and I am pretty sure that I will stay there for many times again in the future.

I witnessed one woman having to deal with a very rude customer, and she handled it extremely well. The included breakfast was good too. This hostel had fantastic showers and plenty of hot water.

Review 32：Wifi only worked in a very small area. Very noisy all night - shouting til 6 am and drunken screaming. Not sure if that was outside so if so nothing the staff could do. However IMPOSSIBLE to find with the Trier one way system. Detailed instructions of how to get there MUST be given. We rode round and round for an hour (with satnav) and the hotel next to the road it is on did not even know where it was - they would have helped but had not heard of it.

Review 34：Wifi is only accessible in the lobby on the ground floor. The hostel is in an ancient building, so there is no left. I have to carry my heavy luggage via the stairs. The rooms are not sound-proofing, you can hear people talking in the next room. Single rooms are on the top floor which is very hot in summer.

Review 35：Good location. I booked a single room and a double room for two different days. The double room is good. The single room is very small and hot. The breakfast is good. There are a lot of teenagers live there when I was there which made me feel young. The stuff in the reception desk are very nice and helpful.

Horrible. 3) The bathing facilities contained...nothing, and were filthy to say the least. I took a "bird-bath" in the sink in our room.
