Review 1：The location is not easy to find for the average taxi driver and is not well situated for easy back and forth to the city. It is only a 15 minute taxi ride to old city center and a bit more to other areas of city of interest but you might need to wait 10-20 minutes for a taxi to arrive after the hotel calls (they are at the very very very end of the road). No wifi in room, only main building

Review 2：The quality of experience is greatly enhanced by the attentive staff, beautiful decor and room appointments. The food is well prepared and included breakfast perfect for the setting (particularly when you have it in room!)

Review 3：The only problem, and it is minor, is because of the location-high on a mountainside, two of our taxi drivers were not happy with the long drive. Their problem, not mine.

Review 4：I have never before had staff greet us on the front steps of the hotel and wave goodbye as we left. We were taken personally by the manager to our suite where a fire had already been set in the wood stove. Also, upon returning to our rooms after dinner, there were hot water bottles in our beds. The interior decor of the Hacienda was nothing short of stunning.

Review 6：The hotel and staff were exceptional. It truly felt like a home away from home. They recommended and arranged for us to have a taxi at our disposal for a full day, at a very reasonable rate, which made our trip into town for sightseeing wonderful. We had a very early flight and had to leave at 3am. They had a breakfast for us to take with us and someone was there to help with our bags and see us off. The setting of the hotel is beautiful and peaceful

Review 11：The outstanding warmth of their hospitality (we arrived at 2.00am and we were met by three smiling, welcoming staff members as our taxi pulled up). Our on going travel arrangements were cheerfully taken care of. I had not been well for some time and was immediately taken by the fantastic Amber (owner) to her personal doctor. The surprise attention to the little details - won't spoil it by telling. Great food, wonderful view. Best place we have stayed in on our 3 months of travelling.

Review 12：We arrived in the middle of the night and were greeted warmly by Veronica. However, the walk up to our room was difficult to maneuver in the dark.

Review 13：Rumiloma is a charming hacienda with an eclectic flair. It is definitely unique and memorable. The staff was wonderful--friendly and helpful. We had two breakfasts and one dinner in the restaurant. Delicious food and good service. Four friends who were staying in Quito joined us for dinner and they were all impressed by the wonderful dinner and our lovely suite.
