Review 1：Stayed here for the Ironman event in October. Couldn't have picked aworse hotel. Terrible staff with bad attitudes & generallyunhelpful. Awful rooms where you can hear the people in the next roomhaving a normal conversation just as if you were in there room. We wereoften kept up at night due to the noise. Bathrooms link with a hugevented cupboard so you can hear / smell everything. Other guestsoften noisy / loud / aggressive. Only one lift which is terriblemeaning we had to wait around half an hour for a lift despite having 3suitcases - no-one would get out and walk!The maid walked in on us one day despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign up. Another day room wasn't cleaned. Also - All Inclusive DOES NOT mean fully all inclusive. You get a small beer / drink and then have to return your glass for another, but not before having to queue for around 30 - 45 minutes a time. The food is awful. Just about edible but we went out every day as food was so poor. Loudest hotel in the area which unfortunately summaries the guests and demographic of this hotel. All the other hotels in the area are clean and quiet. This one you can hear a few streets away. Could go on but I have hopefully made my point. If you're a triathlete thinking about this hotel for the Ironman DON'T BOOK HERE! If you're after a relaxing holiday with nice food and drink - DON'T BOOK HERE Actually, just don't book here at all. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this one is by a long way the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
Review 2：Not enough lifts, lifts were very slow, avoid top floors or use the stairs. Stupid card system to get a drink for AI.

Review 4：The bed i slept in wasnt the cleanest however it was comfortable and fresh bedding available.
Review 5：For the price and somewhere to get your head down after visiting te bars it was ideal and so close to the beach.
Review 6：There were two lady staff members who were regularly in the morning shift who were very abrupt to us not helpful at all. I had this feeling that this attitude may have been because we were Asians ??? . Another aspect was there were large crowds of European travelers who were very loud and and one night we could not sleep as a couple was fighting and banging on there doors etc.
Review 7：Very thin walls could hear neighbors every movement. On the day we were leaving some teenagers checked into the rooms on either side of us. They were a bit of a nightmare. Calling and shouting to one another across our balcony. Then some arriving back at 3am knocking to get their friends to let them in. Very disruptive! We were glad we were going that night!
Review 8：Cheap alcohol. Friendly bar man and some other staff. Lovely restful private lounge. Wake up call cheerfully arranged as we needed to get up at 3am.
Review 9：the meals are not hot this is my second visit to this property and they need to put a little heat under the meal so that we can have a hot meal not cold meal.if one pay for all inclusive they should not be selling drinks i think that a rip off they turn off the air condition while i was there the temp was 24f

Review 11：Worst hotel ever stayed in, food disgusting, staff rude, all inclusive not all inclusive. Hear everything in all adjoining rooms, noise levels meant no sleep. Hotel needs major refurb and updating including bedding. Smallest room ever stayed in and not good for those entering ironman to be staying in those conditions. Would not recommend!

Review 13：There were so many rooms in one corridor, and they are literally paper thin walls and wooden doors. Every night you can hear people in the next room, walking past and the lift mechanism going. The smell of cigarette smoke permeates through the whole ground floor from the people smoking out the front and the buffet was limited.
Review 14：The breakfast was ok and the pools, if warmer were in a nice area but mostly in the shade! They provided a cot for our baby and the restaurants did have highchairs
Review 15：For a 3 * hotel it is very good, the location is perfect, pretty picine(main) plus two. The staff is really on top and helpful, we greet ourfriends mohamed and kada which were very friendly. The all inclusive(catering, bar, restaurant) is very good.

Review 22：dirty room, a normal double room was made for a family - very small, no table on the balcony, young drunk groups in the hotel shouting in the night. the most unpleasant thing was the noise from the roof by some mashine all day and night in every 3 minutes, the small things in the room were shaking.terrible if you want to sleep.

Review 24：Room, small, noisy. Phone did not work, mignon television without remote control (very convenient to change the channel how my grandpa was doing) full of teenagers parting until 6 AM. Doors that slams anytime during the night. Wall made of paper, you could hear the neighbour snoring!
