Review 1：There's no television in the room, but all the channels would be in French anyway.
Review 2：Expansive room with a view over the central park. A short walk to the centre of Bayeux and the fabulous Saturday market.

Review 4：Lovely apartment, well equipped. Although we've rated the staff highly we never saw anybody, but didn't need to. Only quibble is our apartment was on the 2nd storey, and we must have been up and down 20 times during our stay, but I'm sure it was in the description somewhere, and heck - we can do with the exercise !
Review 5：We really liked the whole atmosphere in the appartment. It is a fantastic place to explore Angers and the Loire. It is very quite altough so central. A place to feel at home!!! Thank you!!!

Review 16：Well fitted out, well decorated apartment right in the centre of the city. On a quiet backstreet with free overnight parking and no traffic noise. Within easy walking distance of the main street and plenty of restaurants.
Review 17：City center means street parking can be difficult to find close-by, parking has to be paid except nights and Sundays. The apartment is not soundproof. I expected some quiet nights but other guests can be clearly heard going up the stairs, walking, talking. Be aware it is mostly an old building.

Review 20：This is a lovely, bright, comfortable studio flat with good facilities. The location is great, within easy walking distance of everything you'd want to see, and close to the bus and tram stops as well. Isabelle is very helpful and friendly.
Review 21：Be aware that there are stairs to all apartments except the ground. The loft apartment (up four flights) gets very hot in hot weather!

Review 24：The access to the property was a terrible experience. We were going to book into a hotel for thr night because there was no access to the apartment. If it had not been for the receptionist at the the hotel we were booking into who was prepared to speak to the owner we would not have been able get the information on how to gain access to the apartment
Review 25：You do need working phone for texts so North American visitors should get a burner phone unless you have an amazing cell plan.
Review 26：Contact is available and they came by to let us in ... Saw eventually they had sent text for building code etc. Roomy, clean and great induction stove. Market was still open to 9pm just down the same road even with World Cup football fever..look for it when hunting for street parking. Parking is free on street 7pm to 9am.

Review 41：We liked the location, the comfort, the modern decor, the cleanliness, the facilities and the thoughtfulness that had been put into everything. Tea, coffee (including ground coffee) provided along with madeleines. There were dishwasher tablets and washing liquid in the cupboard, toiletries and hair dryer in the bathroom and enough mirrors for more than one female! A real home from home. Thoroughly recommend .

Review 43：We arrived early and were able to drop off our luggage even though the apartment wasn't ready. The apartment was very spacious, had everything you could need for your stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials. It was the perfect holiday for us and we would return in a second on a future visit. We liked that we were able to live without interruptions of cleaners or others. It truly is self-sufficient.

Review 45：Modern, bright and very clean. We even had some breakfast items left for us. Also we didn't specify what time we would arrive. We arrived at 6pm and Isabelle was waiting for us. We are impressed!
Review 46：We stayed at the ground floor appartment and that is truely spacious: a kitchen, living room, bedroom and garden area. Great place to stay - it is new, clean and central.
