Review 2：We loved this stunning hotel, done to a very high standard. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The view was glorious; the suite was fabulous; the beds we're very comfortable. You could see the view from ever part of the suite. We only booked for 1 night but couldn't resist a second night. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

Review 3：Modern sea view room with good facilities. We were lucky with the parking and were able to park right by the front door of the hotel. Be aware that at busier times this will not be possible. Free drinks on arrival !!!

Review 4：Rosa the manager and all the staff were great - very welcoming and helpful. We could not have wished for more and can only recommend this immaculate, clean and well situated hotel.

Review 5：Rooms and bathroom are small with no where really to hang your clothes but for a few days it's fine and the rooms are very clean and the position makes up for the small room

Review 10：The hotel is located on the beach next to some nice restaurants and bars. On arrival we were offered a drink on the terrace which was a nice gesture. The rooms are modern and very clean.

Review 15：That all the staff greeted as you left in the morning for a day on the beach, and again when you came back later on. Always smiling. Room always perfect when you came back after a hard day of chilling and snorkeling.

Review 17：Location location location, La Herradura is a great place and the hotel has an amazing spot across the beach with lots of nice places around to dine. The cava at the reception was a nice touch. The reception lady was very nice.

Review 25：Small, lovely and minimalistic. The breakfast is a dream - with free fresh orange juice, champagne, the best cheese and jamon serano, cereals, yummy coffee, yogurts ... The rooms are lovely, with free mini bar and lots of great toiletries in the bathroom. And the young man working there was so nice all the time! Explained everything, served an excellent welcome drink and tapas and tried to help where he could.

Review 26：When we arrived at our room we saw two cockroaches. The man of the hotel apologied immediately, said he never saw them before and gave us an upgrade to a suite. We also got a bottle of wine and again, apologies. We then thought it was only one incident. When we left however, in the middle of the night, we saw another cockroach in our (new) room. In the hallway there were three more walking around!! It is clear that this hotel has a problem with cockroaches and need to get this solved. We've been in Andalucia for three weeks in multiple hotels and this was the only place where we saw them. It's disgusting and a health hazard. We're very sorry to have to say this.

Review 27：We had a great stay here! The staff was very friendly and attentive! They made our trip even better than we could have imagined! They gave us great recommendations. When we arrived, our rooms weren't quite ready yet, but they gave us some wine and cheese to enjoy on the front patio looking out onto the beach while we waited. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Review 28：They had construction done on the hotel that were noisy during the day. The room was nice bit not finished; cords hanging, no lights by the bed to, mention some things.

Review 30：At the time of our stay (mid April 2015) renovations were done in the same building ;-) Thus, we woke up because of the hammering etc. at 8:00 and they would not stop to be noisy until approx. 18:00. That's not exactly what you call a relaxing stay.

Review 40：I would never stay here again. The rooms are tiny and the bathrooms are ridiculously small - a tall person would not be able to sit on the loo. Not very much hot water in the shower. No wardrobe, no drawers, nowhere to put bathroom toiletries. Our room backed onto a residential street and an all night party kept us awake all night (not the hotel's fault but still awful). Dreadful value for money - the hotel charges boutique prices for box rooms. I would prefer a 40 euro pension with space and storage. I am surprised the hotel authorities let this place open. I will be telling everyone I know NOT TO GO THERE and recommending that Booking.com removes it from its listings.

Review 43：This is a new pension/hotel/concept in La Herrdura. It is simply and tastefully decorated, with comfortable bed/shower and large tv and fridge. Details like a free champagne toast and bottles of water, to the helpful personal touches from the front dest, made us want to stay much longer than on our one night stay. Please go and enjoy yourself, and tell Cristina that Jamie sent you!
