Review 1：This hotel is really lovely. The rooms are clean and the sea view room which we had was amazing. The all inclusive had plenty of choice of meals. The staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble. The hotel is in a great area with walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Review 3：The hotel is a perfect place to stay for your beach vacation. The location just near the beach is great, the staff is very helpful and welcoming, the quality of food is excellent, the room is clean and well equipped. I would give it a 4 star level.

Review 4：Several bad experiences. Mostly in the restaurant. First night ordered a large bottle of water. When getting up to get desert they took it when more than half full. They tried to straighten things out after we ate though. Next night the same thing again but with another waiter . This time only glass of water was offered in return. They are to big a rush to clear the tables when your still eating. Hotel is dated . Very thin walls and you can hear everything in the next rooms. one day we had to find the cleaning lady, and said it was to late to clean and only gave us towels. Pool area is run down and dated . This property needs work.

Review 6：Very peaceful. No noise like other users have said, might just have been lucky with who we stayed next to. Pool is small but there's never that many people there to stop you going in. Staff were nice, we never had any problems to ask them about. The WiFi was better than expected, there's a hotspot for each floor so you can connect throughout the hotel.

Review 9：Everything !! Facilities were fantastic .. walking distance from train station. Across the road from the beach and there are tons of restaurants and shops all around you !! We extended our stay here by 3 nights. We loved everything about it. Staff are amazing and speak English and there is so much to do in the area.

Review 10：Although I asked for a balcony or room for a bike, everybody seemed to have double sliding doors on balcony a! This was very noisy throughout the day and up to a point at night when I was trying to get an early night. Unfortunately I had broken sleeps. On the last day a group of school children were in the hotel and very noisy in the rooms. I asked at one point to turn their music down and was rewarded with them knocking on my door and running off a few times. Not what u need when tired from an event. I'd stay again but would ask for a very quiet room!

Review 12：It's incredibly noisy and the beds are very uncomfortable. You can hear every movement in the rooms above/below and next door - from talking to showering and using the toilet. Outside as well if you are at the back then the bar noise is funnelled upwards plus noise from the restaurant behind.

Review 16：One of us had an accident in Barcelona, fracturing 3ribs and hurting lower spine, we had to go home 4 days after arriving for medical reasons. We had paid 12 nights half board, only stayed 4, and the hotel refused to give us any refund. Financially it was very difficult for us with many extra costs due to the accident. For that reason I can't recommend this hotel. .

Review 17：I liked the location (very near the beach and shopping area) the food was quite good, loved the huge balcony off the bedroom with sun loungers and table and chairs. The lady who cleaned the room was so lovely, gentle and helpful.

Review 19：Location is exellent, 5 mins to get to the train station, 2 mins - to the beach. Beach towels are provided by hotel and could be changed upon request. Free wifi in all areas including beach. The guests are mostly elderly, so no drunken brawls during the night. Helpful staff. Beach in front of hotel is very clean and not crowded. I would recommend for those who seek tranquil vacations.

Review 44：Where do I start? Front desk staff who do not want to be there or want you there. Nickeled and dimed for everything. Did not feel comfortable staying there. Would not return and would not recommend.

Review 46：The hotel appears to double as a nightclub with incredibly loud music blaring until midnight. Lots of other residents were drunk and noisy, when I tried to complain about the noise to staff no apology was offered, I was just told that this was normal for coastal hotels and I should be patient! Buffet breakfast was pretty grim - the fruit bowl was full of fake plastic fruit so I either had breakfast out at a cafe or bought my own. If you want to get drunk and rowdy and dance to loud music without even leaving your hotel then this is the place for you. If you seek charm and a good nights sleep then maybe look elsewhere.

Review 51：1. We had the best room on the 5th floor- the terrace with the view to the sea and large table and sunbeds, without neighbours - only the swimming pool above. 2. There was a good breakfast, and the opportunity to have supper in the hotel for a normal price. (We booked only breakfast in advance) 3. Every evening there is a different theme for supper with traditional food (Italian, Catalan, Mexican, Andalusian, seafood, etc.) 4. Opportunity to take sun umbrellas for deposit.

Review 52：I didn´t like that there is only one elevator in the hotel. Also, to access most of the rooms, you have to walk down a stair (of 5 steps), which is uncomfortable if you have a baby trolley. Since I'd asked for a crib for my child, I'd have expected that they accommodated us in one of the easy-access room.

Review 53：The cafeteria staff was really friendly. The hotel is in front of the beach, but you have to walk a couple of blocks to cross the railways, though. I think it was expensive, compare to other hotels nearby.

Review 55：We spent excellent 2 weeks at the hotel. The room was specious and very clean. The food was also fresh, with the sufficient variety of dishes and tasty. One thing that should be mentioned is that the hotel provides beach towels, so gusts do not need to bring their own. Free Wi-Fi is available in all hotel areas including the room The location is excellent, on the first line, next to the marvelous beach. The train that passes in front of the hotel might be disturbing in the first few days, but we tried to ignore it. Hotel staff is very friendly and willing to resolve any appropriate guest request. Overall - very positive impression and excellent value for the money. Definitely it worth’s coming back again.
