Review 1：Hardly any warm water in the shower. Breakfast poor (there was some choice but the quality of food/drinks was poor).

Review 9：The host only going for money. There is no respect for the guests. We were 5 minutes late checking out and she came up knocking upset on the door and screaming with us. Downstairs the cleaning lady "gave us a lesson"... They almost throw us out from the common area 30 min after 11:00 while we were waiting for our car. Very sad experience...no respect at all.... If you wish to stay in the area I recommend the hotel across the street!

Review 15：Staff not very helpful asked the way into town and was told to walk to end of road and turn right...it was left to bus stop we ended up walking to centre about half an hour and got a cab back. Then we noticed a bus (no.1) that was in the centre of town came past the front of the hotel!

The hotel does not have a bar or vending machine, and there is nothing open nearby it in the evening. Even the restaurant is closed for the summer (isn't that the tourist season?)

Review 48：good location. the hotel is a 20 minute walking distance from the city center, there is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel and buses are running every 20 minutes. Staff poorly speak English, but very friendly and helpful. I booked a single room but they gave me a double.

Review 51：all doors were locked when we arrived - we had to wait a half hour until the restaurant opened to be able to get in. no one answered the doorbell or the phone, although there was no indication that one can only check in during restaurant opening hours on the reservation. room was clean but loud (shower, doors from other rooms could be clearly heard).

Review 53：The hotel was good. It is a 30 minute walk from the Altstadt/town centre and there are local shops nearby (supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies).
