Review 1：Telephone in the room was not working. Ensure you have confirmed reservations for daily breakfast which is 8 euro and limited choices.

Review 2：Comfortable and clean room with friendly staff. The maids did an outstanding job of cleaning the room. Free Wi-Fi and television are available.

Review 3：we were directed to a public parking area even there was an available parking within hotel vicinity. we were told that our car wouldn't fits the parking area size despite we have measured the size and 100% sure it will go in safely. not that bad but I'm truly disappointed after a long drive from Amsterdam to face this kinda issue.

Review 8：It is a busy area, but at the same time I did enjoy my stay in your hotel. The hotel itself is quite,that makes it beautiful to stay.

Review 9：The rooms were still very warm even for it being in October with the windows open. The room was not cleaned very well at all. The bathroom is super small, couldn't really close the shower door. The bathroom really could also use some updating. The balcony they refer to you having is really the fire escape escape. The view from the room was of another building which was also not the best. The internet worked okay, you just have to get a code from the front desk. Parking by the hotel is almost impossible however there is a parking garage around the corner, however be warned that it is a little pricey. The breakfast area seemed pleasant enough even though we didn't try it. You cannot leave the hotel with your room key, you have to turn it in at the front desk and get it back when you come back. If you are going for a night, then you should be okay but don't expect anything grand or super...just a place to lay your head.

Review 10：The hotel was located in the heart of the downtown area and you could walk to places. the sizes of the rooms were not bad and the family rooms were joined together with a hallway. The staff was friendly enough.

The street is very noisy because it's in a multicultural neighbour and during the night and weekends there are lot of parties, lot of noises from the people in the street. Review 24：1) When I arrived, they gave me the keys to my room. To my surprise the room was not made up and I had to wait another half hour in the lobby.2) WIFI was problematic the first day. The router had to be restarted on my floor. After that it worked fine. 3) The heating unit made a lot of noise. The hotel staff told me they would look into the problem. Nothing was done. 4) I asked to check out at 14:00pm instead of 12:00. They gave me 1 extra hour. The 2nd extra hour would have cost me 29 euros.

When we asked the front desk about it, we found out it is only available against a substantial additional fee. this was very dissapointing. They did offer us a free fan instead, but this is not what you expect when you book a hotel with airconditioning.

Review 74：The location was appalling, the photo that booking.com uses to advertise the hotel is not a good representation of the appearance of the hotel at all. It looks grand in the photograph it is anything but grand it is located in a back street that is the location of the late night turkish eateries in Wiesbaden and so instead of having a much needed peaceful nights sleep we were disturbed by shouting drunk people until past 3am! The noise from the kebab shops below is terrible at night, we could not have our window open and the room became very stuffy and hot. The apartments directly across from the hotel are clearly low-cost housing in very bad condition with old flags hanging from the balconies and paint peeling from the walls in disrepair, not a pretty site at all. The community is largely turkish with a row of all turkish shops opposite the hotel which act as a gathering point for many turkish people who behave loudly until very late at night. The decor of the hotel was very dated and in need of re newing, there is no way in my opinion this was a 3 star hotel!! absolutely no way! I feel that the photo used by booking.com missrepresents the hotel we stayed in I didnt even recognise the place when we arrived.
