Review 1：Rooms dirty ! Had to battle for fresh towels . Bedding was disgusting ! Air con had to nearly smash window to get it on

Review 5：Breakfast - we opted to not have this after the 1st day. Warm milk and really poor selection. We're sure the Milk was off. Wifi - it's very limited and even in the reception if more than 2 people use it, it doesn't work. Pool - the guy around the pool using the bar was helpful but he was very picky about bringing outside food in (which was cheaper) nothing was said to us about not brining your own food or drink in. Basically, don't bother. Sun Loungers - they were really uncomfortable but bearable for no longer than 3 days. No hair dryer in room and the sheets and floor weren't treated daily. They empty the bins and that's it.

Review 30：We had no problems with our room apart from aircon didn't work, and as it was south west facing this was a killer. Also, our friends arrived at 2am to be told they had booked a 2 person room not 3, so they only had 2 beds between 3. They didn't sort this until the next afternoon! Also; they kicked our mates out a day early! When they had booked an extra night to sleep more as flight wasn't until 1am It was clear that the hotel staff are sick of British tourists, which I understand because of the way they behave in San An. But they should sell on. I wouldn't recommend this place. We only stayed here as it was 3 night and it was a super cheap option

Review 34：No iron , no fridge , no TV remote , no hand wash , no shower gel ! Breakfast was stale bread, corn flakes and coco pops. The juice was one of those drinks you mix with water and was extremely concentrated. Nd you had to go to the reception to get wifi !

Review 36：The hotel don't give basic facilities such as shampoo and soap, neither breakfatst. To much noise in the dawning...I was obligued to stay because of booking.com conditions, it's not fair that you have to pay for a service or product that you are not happy with.

Review 41：The only thing to write about is the location. It is close to all attractions in san antonio. Everything else about the place is nothing special. It is an affordable place so i guess we got value for our money.

Review 42：The bath was very dirty bad dirty marks all over it, shower taps were very dirty was very disappointed with this,lots of young ones partying until 4-5 in the morning was very loud therefore couldn't get a good nights sleep, very basic room but a small fridge and a kettle would have been a great help,just no way of keeping water cool or make a cuppa. Also breakfast time could be an hour or so extended as other places we had breakfast in had good long times for serving breakfast, it is Ibiza no one gets up that early.

Review 53：It was very dated and our room only got cleaned once while we were there for a week and I couldn't bring my water in the pool area because it was bought at a shop. They also wouldn't give us a late checkout even though I was told by booking.com that it could be arranged. It was ok but I wouldn't go back there.

Review 99：Rooms in picture show pool, football ground. We were offered other side of hotel where you see only old buildings, one of them had dogs on top which were pooping. I even saw two ladies having street fight. Room does not have fan, so dont take it during summer. Toilet was not clean and in 4 days stay, the room was never sweeped. We got fever and throat infection because of fan and we were ill for the following 10 days.
