Review 1：Some of the tiles on shower floor where cracked and slippy when wet. Not idea with bare feet. Coffee not hot enough and very poor quality.

Review 3：All good apart from group of children (teenagers who could be loud, although one of the group leaders had an screatching voice) and had my headphones taken off sunbed whilst having lunch.

Review 11：From the begining at the reception manger Magdalena seemed not to be happy to see us (we have the issue with credit card number that was resolved immeditely we knew about the problem and before we came to hotel, but the receptionist insisted that we hardly loose our resevation). In October the hotel is not full at all. She also said that they always have problems with Booking. To be honest, it was very unprofessional to treat clients these way. The open buffet for the dinner is quite poor, it is ok for one night, but if you come for a week we would not advise to take medium/full board. 50 euros for night is ok, but it is strange to pay more for this hotel

Review 21：We were there at the end of the season so it is difficult to judge just how good the hotel is. If we were to judge the restaurant on "off season" basis, I would say that Breakfast was very good. Dinner was a limited choice, we found the cooked meat choice quite tough and oily. The fish choices were very good though. I would imagine that this would have been there off-season menu. No tremendous complaints from us though.

Review 31：Unlike some reviews on here, we found that the staff were excellent. The fact that they don't speak English by default doesn't mean they are rude. Found each and every member of staff to be attentive and helpful. Hotel is very clean, with central amenities very smart and rooms cleaned to a good standard every day. Location was great in terms of a very short walk to the beach and even shorter to the beginning of the main Street. All inclusive option was a little limited in terms of snacks and treats during the day but nothing to grumble about. The Animacion team were excellent throughout the day. the entertainment on the night ranged from amazing to embarrassing.Food was good in the restaurant with enough variety and fresh food to feed a family of four with very different tastes. The only negative we found was the view from our room was not great ( overlooking other hotels and shabby apartments ) however did not spoil the holiday at all. Would highly recommend.

Review 33：The mini club for children from 16.00 to 19.00 was excellent. It was well organised. And mini disco at 21.30 good as well...maybe a bit late. The beach is really nearby and subeditor can be booked at the reception at 2,50€ each. It is a nice hotel and very practical if you travel with children too ( 6 and 8 years old). Parking (10€ per day) is in closed garage. Great for our need.

Highly recommended. However, the process was a little confusing because you are supposed to just stand outside of the locked spa area until cleaning staff let you in. There is no seating or signage directing this.

Review 46：Unsmiling and unwilling staff. Food - especially meat - it was very bad - all with bones (fish, beef, chicken), tasteless, small selection, also sweet desserts were not good. I travel to Spain for many years, but this hotel was the worst meal (although it has the most stars). Review 51：Lunch at hotel was wonderful. The starters and fruit options were so good, I never got around to mains, but my husband said they were lovely too. The polyglot Dutch lady at reception is lovely and a linguistic marvel! She speaks each language like a mother tongue, ensuring guests feel at home. All staff lovely, helpful and friendly, cannot be praised enough. The pool is lovely & night time noise at a minimum always appreciated. Nice to be able to hire pool towels

Review 52：Take your own hairdryer the one in the bathroom is useless. Lots of young french kids there on swimming camp who could be noisy. Pool was freezing. Wifi didn't work outside by the pool which was annoying. Apart from drinks and crisps, not much all inclusive apart from mealtimes.
