Review 1：None of the employees spoke any English (which is something they had advertised on their description) nor did they try to meet in the middle when my mom & I tried using the little bit of Spanish we knew. The night time doorman was much friendlier though. Not a safe area to stay in whatsoever with nothing around, not even a restaurant open at 8:00 pm within walking distance. The parking garage seemed safe, but nothing else did. Although Guayaquil doesn't seem to be the safest city in Ecuador, you can definitely find a better area to stay.

Review 2：One of the few times we were leaving the hotel, it was dark out and the doorman came running out after me telling me to put my phone away while walking on the streets. I was using the phone for directions and was happy that he warned me, but was sad the be in an area where it was unsafe to do so.

Review 3：We had to take a taxi each time we went out and back. Also there were internet problems during all of our stay.

Review 4：Guayaquil is a nice city but since the hotel is in an unsafe area it took away our pleasure of seeing d city comfortably.

Review 5：Some rooms don't have hot water, but inform stuff and they will give another room.

Review 6：All fine, very handsome stuff, also allows us to have our chihuahua in hotel. Nice swimming pool.

Review 7：It was really close by to the Emelec Stadium. Had to move to another room due to issues with Wifi. Receptionist was very helpful. After a long day in the sign it was nice to take a dip in the pool. Perfect for a one night stay

Review 12：We booked this hotel purely to have a kitchen as was advertised.However the room only had a shell of a kitchen, with no cookingutensils, plates, cups, oven, hot plates, etc. The spa clearly had notbeen cleaned so we didn't use that either. The hotel advertised abuffet breakfast which actually consisted of stale bread and some eggs.The location is inconvenient being at least a half hour walk from thecentre of town.
