Reviews for Hotel Christophorus

Review 1:0. Be prepared, they don't speak English! 1. WIFI? We had to open the main door to let the weak signal in... 2. Breakfast is the same every day!!! Bread rolls, cold buffet, salami. Bread rolls, cold buffet, salami. Every f....g day in a 4* hotel?! If you have intention to pay extra, you might have an extra dry scrambled eggs, ridiculous... The coffee was not drinkable, even the extra coffee what we ordered for extra money was so weak, no taste. Honestly, after the first downhill slide we went to an Hütte and drunk a good coffee and ate something, because of this "plenty buffet breakfast". And you know what, you can eat much more better food in any kind of Hütte in Austria, than Christophorus. 3. Dinner? Ahhh dont ask... You gotta make your choice (from 2) in the morning, what is okay, BUT... It was just not eatable, even digestible (every night I ended up in the smallest place of the suite) Shame on you guys, we went to 4* star hotel because my wife did not want to cook!!! We saw good looking foods, but this was for extra payment!!! We felt hunger every night, so we fed the kids and ourselves from Lidl. 4. "relaxing area", dont expect too much Turkish sauna reportedly had a failure. ONLY the Finnish sauna was working from 4-7pm, however that was good, but nothing else, 5. Lift does not operate between 10pm-7am. You can imagine what we felt when we were leaving at 6am in the morning. 4 floors with heavy luggages and no lift in a 4* hotel??? 6. TAKE MY ADVISE, IF YOU DONT WANNA PAY a lot of money for 1* accommodation and Austria worst kitchen, then AVOID THIS PLACE, however if you like to spend money for nothing and you have intention to pay for everything, come here. This was our worst hotel in our life. We paid 400 EUR/night for a family suite. Ridiculous...

Review 2:Family room was okay. Sauna would be good just limited to use from 4pm-7pm. Salad bar at dinner time was good, however it did not cover up the exceptionally bad main course.

Review 3:Owners do not understand English WiFi is poor and costs money Sauna wasn't always open Elevator does not work after 22:00

Review 4:Nice and clean rooms Good location Food was OK Owners are nice

Review 5:The breakfast was extensive, although buffet only

Review 6:location

Review 7:Poor breakfast, even bacon&eggs are for request. No bathaccessories, room cleaning and towel changing are not regular. Notenough space in the dining room, dinners are monotonous andunappetizing. Boot dryers in the ski room don't work. Reception isnot 24-hours a day.

Review 10:Hotel is modern and well maintained, excellent street appeal Rooms are spacious, bright, fresh and very comfortable The owners and hotel staff are very friendly Plenty of free parking Next to bus stop which takes you direct to Ischgl Bar is always open

Review 11:Pizza was very under cooked. Portion of main meal was a children portion. Dessert was just ice cream. Nothing special. Sauna was cold when we entered.

Review 12:Beds were comfortable. Very friendly owner.

Review 13:they should not have accepted us as this was out of season and the hotel was clearly not meant to have any visitors the room was not even clean

Review 14:Unfriendly staff. No balcony. No internet. Food very average. Rooms very outdated.
