Review 1：Some staff were very unhelpful, not sure whether it was due to the language barrier. We were woken up one early morning by a choir, in the apartment due to festival. Swimming pool was really small and entertainment cancelled

Review 2：Very clean and we'll located. Most staff was nice the night shift guy and Tanya was brilliant. Wifi was really nice and convenient to have.

Review 3：I had a 1 bed apartment, which slept 4. The 'sofa' was a poor quality sofa bed which was so uncomfortable to sit on I never used it and resorted to sitting on the bed. There didn't seem to be workable air conditioning either, but as I was mostly out I didn't raise this with the staff.

Review 4：The staff at the front desk were so helpful, nothing was a problem for them and they made my stay problem free

Review 5：The lack of available parking proved an issue initially. With an older child the fact that the adult pool was not accessible, and the other pool was too small.

Review 7：I wish the kitchen had an oven. And maybe a shared outdoor barbecue (parilla) because the butcher shop has excellent cuts of meat for grilling.

Review 8：The apartments are in the centre of Calella, just moments from the beach and the main shopping street. Since we cook at the apt. all the time, we love having the grocery stores and fresh markets close by.

Review 9：Thin walls and group next door had a guitar and were singing until very late. Would imagine that in summer it could be a nightmare!

Review 12：We were a two min walk to a long sandy beach and beachfront. The town centre is lively. The apartment has everything you need for a short or extended stay. Staff were very attentive except during arrival; see below.

Review 14：We used Ap. Neptuno for two purposes: to swim in the sea (5-7 min to go to the beach), and to visit Barcelona by train (7-10 min to go to the station plus 1 hour train goes to Barcelona). The apartments are spacious, kitchen facilities are good, TV has 1 Russian channel. The staff is careful. I recommend this apartments.

Review 15：The walls were very thin so we could hear everything around us. Not a problem most the time but no good at 4am when people roll in drunk!

Review 16：The apartments were in a great central location for Calella town and beach. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, the staff were friendly & helpful. Free bike hire was good fun. Pool facilities were good, bit on the small side in the main area.

Review 17：This hotel seems to think its acceptable to allow groups of lads to mixwith families with young children, noisy shouting and music playing toearly hours.I Havent a prob with groups of lads or girls on holsenjoying themselves at all but I wouldnt stay in the same hotel as themso If your thinking of staying here and have children please readreviews on the appropriate sites and dont stay here.

Review 30：Everything was great, very helpfull staff, nice and cosy apartment, modern , near railway station, beach, restaurants, park and city hall. We strongly recommand Apartamentos Neptuno and Hotel Neptuno from Calella. They also offer a good buffet breakfast. This is a perfect accomodation for somebody who want to visit Barcelona few days and rest in a quiet place in other few days. We'll rreturn next year.

Review 31：At times a lot of noise from the street. We had to move apartment to the back of the building facing the adults pool. Staff were very obliging and sorted the problem quickly.

Review 34：The staff were excellent and the hotel was very unique in its presentation. There was even free entertainment in the evenings. I was impressed with the level of work and effort that had gone into all areas of the hotel.

Review 35：The beds in the apartment, the one in the living room was extremely uncomfortable because of a whole in the middle you keep falling into. The buffet on offer, didn't have enough choice and some items were very bland. Was hoping for more tapas style food and maybe more pasta options or pizza- the menu in the bar area looked good, we wish we had that instead.

Review 39：Parking was a pain in the arse! I wish I hadn't hired a car. There's a perfectly good train service from Barcelona airport although it is slow. If you must take a car, book parking at the hotel. It's expensive at 15 euros a night but much cheaper than I paid as I parked in what I thought was the municipal car park just two hundred yards away. Next morning, my car was gone and a market was taking place where I had left the car. Cost me125 euros to get it back from the police pound. Please don't take a car unless you really have to, you're within walking distance of everything in Calella.

Review 40：We stayed here for a triathlon in Calella, Challenge Barcelona. It was a superb location for what we needed. We rented an apartment rather than a hotel room and there was bags of space. The food was good and reasonably priced, don't eat anywhere else in Calella unless money is no object. Honestly, it's good.

Review 41：German-people was noisy at night, they where shouting and screaming in front of the hotel and we couldn't sleep because of that, our room was in second floor.

Review 42：Nice small hotel with very good location. Staff is very friendly and they can speak many languages. Breakfast was fantastic and diner too ! They made special meal for my allergic sister.Short walk to trainstation (you can go easily to Barcelona) and to beach and shopping streets. Calella is beautiful little Catalunya-town.
