Review 1：The cleanliness of the room was not very good. Stains on carpets and items of furniture.

Review 2：The staff were very happy to help, always had a smile and were very well mannered.

Review 3：The hotel is not in the city centre and finding a place to park is quite easy, just on the other side of the street. The breakfast was also nice and we enjoyed.

Review 10：It seems odd to have the reception as part of the bar. There were a lot I mean a lot of flies around restaurant where the breakfast buffet food was (hence the cleanliness score above). Also the staff were not so professional and weren't very accommodating on arrival or able to understand what a cola was when ordering from the bar! Rooms need an iron or have enough in the hotel to provide one on a Monday morning.

Did mention this to the manager who shrugged his shoulders and said its the cloud. I stay in Wiesbaden often so now will find a hotel with good internet in the rooms.

Review 16：1 person on check out..crazy! Many fraught business people with meetings to go to getting progressively late. At the last moment I saw there was a fast checkout option but that should have been on display at check-in, too late at check out. Wi-Fi only just adequate without paying..its 2015 time for it to be included as standard.

Review 17：Everything as you would expect with great breakfast (should be for that price). Better than expected bar food (best Caesar salad in a long time). Friendly and helpful staff. If you are early enough you can park for free outside on the street.

Review 18：The internet is very slow... you get disconnected easily and often. You have to pay for parking, although we decided to park outside it is safe and we have no problems, only need a little bit of luck to find a space. Food in the restaurant is very expensive! A normal schnitzel, traditional German plate, that cost 8 Euros in any other place at pentahotel is 16 euros! The housekeepers are very noisy even when start working early in the morning.Staff was attentive but they did not know the prices of coffee, beer or the buffet... They had to ask someone else every time that I asked for one of those things.

Review 19：The bar area, the hotel looks trendy and inviting. Love the bathroom and the toiletries provided. Although the lift (elevator) looks really cool smells weird. Check in and out is fast. Pillows are very nice!

Review 20："Free" WIFI quality poor. Was able to purchase "premium" and I was satisfied with that. First room I stayed in had mold in the corners of the shower. The front desk immediately upgraded my room.

Review 38：The hotel is getting older, and the general feeling is that the building needs a revamping. The corridors have a funny smell, typical for older hotels, and the bathroom is REALLY old and dated. The highway is nearby, and some rooms are noisy. We had to switch rooms to another quieter area. Overall, the bads are smaller then the goods. Good find !

Review 39：The staff is great, the rooms are large and the bed is simply immense. The whole hotel is designed following a general concept, and you are greeted at every corner by an interesting idea, text or shape. The reception/lobby area is actually the hotel bar, with the reception desk embedded in the bar ! We also enjoyed the disco ball and the soft music that was playing at all times. And the pool table :)

Review 108：The "Breakfast Included" option is no longer included on Booking.com...I think you would draw more customers if it was resummed. I see most people just going out to get breakfast during their stay. The refigerators should be standard in the Junior suites and alike. Doesn't make since to call it a suite if it doesn't at least have that. AC units are seasonal, but that is a bit of a problem for guest that also have seasonal allergies like myself. Was told they don't turn on until June 2014, but it was actually hot during my stay.

Review 112：I specifically asked for a room with a bath, this for medical reasons. I didn't get one and was told that there weren't any available. They moved me for nights two and three and they were apologetic. I would have expected a credit for the difference in rate between the Junior Suite for which I paid and the standard room I ended up with but this was not offered. I got a good room, though.

Review 115：You will need a car to get to the city center. No mini bar/ refrigerator in the room which means that it's a problem to keep milk, when you are travelling with young kids. The room was freezing, the climate control did not work properly. They charge for internet.The hotel holds a deposit in case you order at the bar or have room service. They pay back your credit card some days after check out. Never before, have we experienced such thing.
