Review 1：I was asked to transfer to another hotel for the last day as it was the end of the season, but to be fair, the other hotel was of at least equal standard

Review 15：For anyone going clubbing and Partying this Hotel is ideal. Rooms are small and basic but value for money. I had a pool view which i requested when booking, but my friends balcony looked out onto the road and was very noisy in the morning times. Only real negatives were the food at the hotel was not great and i paid for WIFI wihin the hotel and it was reallly slow.
Review 16：I dislike san antonio, a total geordie shore crowd, and the west end..spare me although not all the guests or locals were like this. the staff were lovely and helpful.
Review 17：once I found a map of the area it was easy to avoid the rough west end and stroll around to the bus stop to nicer parts of the island. better clubs etc .Brisa is near nice convenience stores and helpful people in the area,the staff were lovely and helpful
Review 18：If you like to sleep, don't stay here! There was literally no periods of quiet were you could grab a few hours, we ended up buying ear plugs and could still hear the noise! Perfect if your a 24/7 partier! Maybe I'm showing my age!

Review 35：One member of staff (female English woman, probably about mid-late 30/early 40's in age) was very rude when we got in one evening. I had booked the room under my maiden name but gave my married name to collect the key and she spoke to myself and my friend like we were badly behaved children. Other staff were excellent, polite and very friendly. Otherwise I would just say that this hotel is definitely for clubbers who don't mind other people getting back drunk at 7.30 onwards in the morning and screaming/banging on door etc! Air conditioning and wifi cost extra!
Review 36：Basic but clean and in a good location. Our room had a balcony (I think they all do) which meant we could sit outside in the evenings. Shower had good pressure, towels changed daily and room was kept clean. About a 10 min walk (we walk quite fast!) from the seafront bars, and also to cafe mambo/care del mar area. Good location!
