Review 1：Gym was poor. Rest of the place was ok for the money.

Review 2：They stuffed our booking and tried to give us an apparentment in an adjacent building. Was not what we booked. They eventually found a solution.

Review 3：All the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodated our requests. The rooms were immicaulate. The pool was great anf the music which they played. After being to Ibiza over 10 times this definitely has been the best hotel.

Review 7：Nice pool area with music, and live dj. There is a lift in the hotel, which is perfect because of the suitcase. The room was super clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was hearty, and yummi. The room's are quiet still, you can sleep after a long party.And the ac worked very well. The staff was very kind and helpfully. We got a bonus ticket with two coctails for free. Almost only with young guestes.

Review 8：the staff speaks in spanish and talks about the guests nastily. the major fall down was the swimming pool and sunbeds. it was open to public and people statying at cheap hotels or apartments nearby were taking advantage of the pool the entire time i was there. a group of people were always coming to the poolside and utilise the sun beds everyday though they stayed at the apartment nearby. there was no checking done and guests has no more sunbeds to use. there was one day that the pool was very crowded and it was all filled with people from outside not from the guests of the hotel. people outside are just coming in and out of the pool area. wi-fi was really bad even at public areas.

Review 9：the building is modern and the facilities were modern. great food and drinks at the bar. grocery store in the hotel. daily cleaning. daily change of towels.

Review 10：Staff are really helpful and friendly, just a 10 minute walk from all the bars in San Antonio. The pool is clean, although you have to get up early to reserve a sunbed. Breakfast is basic but tasty and the chef will make omelettes upon request!! Really excellent value for money, for future trips to Ibiza I will most definitely be staying here.

Review 11：It's about 10 /15 minute walk down to the front / bay. The hotel gym was only decent for cardio, all the other equipment doesn't work. Wifi is really poor connection. Could do with doing a bit more around the pool in the day as the DJ guy doesn't talk or when he does just mumbles.

Review 12：Food was excellent - so much variety and choice that was all of great quality, well worth going half board. Pool area and general overall cleanliness of the hotel was of a high standard. There's a little shop on site that you can buy stuff from and have round the pool.

Review 13：Internet was shocking, which wasted a lot of time for forward trip planning. There weren't any "do not disturb" signs to place on your door so housekeeping would enter in the morning whilst we were still sleeping. The in-room safe wasn't able to be used unless you sought an extra key from reception. At times it felt like a dormitory with loud youngsters knocking on each other's doors (but that's to be expected of Ibiza). Staff at reception were hit and miss with some nice and helpful and others not very responsive.

Review 14：Location was great, very close to buses. Nearby amenities were a major plus. The pool was fantastic with great music beats and a true Ibiza vibe all day.

Review 15：Really bad signal & air con wasn't working for 2 days.. Requested ground floor room but got room on 3rd floor. Much preferred room on other side of hotel which was apartment like and very spacious and huge bathroom.

Review 17：Amazing Hotel. Lovely chilled out atmosphere. We are a couple in our late 30s and stayed for a couple of nights break away from the kids. So happy we stayed at this hotel. Close enough to walk to San Antoni and far enough away from the madness :)

Review 18：The Air Conditioning unit wasn't very powerful and was in a bad location to optimize the power it did have, causing the room to get very hot at some points. Breakfast stops at 10:30, at they mean 10:30, everything is taken away at 10:30 on the dot even if you haven't finished with it.

Review 20：There was a group of 20 hens all staying in the hotel and are stay was fantastic! I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Ibiza! Me and my friends have stayed there 3 times and one girl all8 times she has visited Ibiza!

Review 22：Stayed at hotel puchet for my daughters hen party, quieter location about 10 mins walk from beach but perfect for our group of 24 large pool area plenty of sun loungers with some shaded area music playing all day so great for party atmosphere. Pool bar lady Ana made the greatest sangria lovely staff around pool. Reception a bit undermanned at times only ever one person working but they were friendly and helpful

Staff were so friendly too. The breakfast was such good value for money so would definitely recommend and we found that the room cleaning service every day was also very good.

Review 84：The following are more issues the management should consider to improve - not specifically items we didn't like. There were a number of groups/individuals who were not paying residences of the hotel walking in off the street through the "open" reception taking up spaces and beds around the pool - security seems virtually non existent. Lots of sun beds being reserved by other guests in the mornings and not using them for hours, if at all. A number of guests were also playing ball games (non arranged by the animación team) in the pool disturbing others guests (swimmers and sun bathers) and this was not stopped like it was at previous visits to the hotel, as it supposed to be forbidden. There were also 4 leaflet distributors around the pool passing out flyers for Gatecrasher - whilst we accept this happens along the beach promenade in the centre of San Antonio we don't expect this annoyance around the sanctuary of the hotel pool when you want to relax. The 3 Balinese beds shown in the hotel marketing pictures were totally unused and seems they are there for show. No one paid (50 euro for a day with a bottle of sparkling wine) for their use for the 5 days we were there, and even though there were no sun beds at times, hotel guests who were sitting on them were removed and told to get off.

Review 85：We have stayed at Hotel Puchet a number of times, due to it's quiet location, lovely clean and quite spacious modern rooms and friendly bar/pool staff. Large inviting pool kept at a reasonable temperature and large terrace/decked area for sun bathing on loungers. Also there is a sitting area under some sunshades for some shade from the sun. Pool bar and hotel bar sell a number of alcoholic and other drinks along with a range of menu snacks and meals at reasonable prices. You can also upgrade to all inclusive if you wish when you get there. The hotel is situated around 5/10 mins walk out of the centre of San Antonio, so it was in a relatively quiet location. The animación team of Cristiano and Mr "Oh Yeah!" was a pleasant addition to visits where there was no animación team. Onsite shop prices were quite competitive, but there is also a cheaper Spa a few mins walk down the road for additional items.

The shower and luggage storage once you have checked out is very handy, especially when your flight is in the early hours of the following day.

Review 90：The pictures of daybeds on the hotel's profile simply were not there. The hotel also stopped serving any food at certain times in the day which made it really difficult for us. You can't get Wifi in your bedroom - we complained several times and were also told a technician was looking into it - we never saw a technician.

Review 102：I was asked by reception staff for my credit card at the end of my holiday to prove the card I had booked on was mine. I didn't have it on me and was told the payment would have to be cancelled and put through again. I didn't see the point in this as I had booked and paid for the hotel months ago so therefore couldn't even cancel the payment. They took photocopies of my passport and accused me of stealing the card I had booked on purely because I didn't have it on me. I am worried as they have photocopies of my passport with no valid reason why.
