Review 1：for San Antonio these apartments are excellent. In good condition, clean, safe in a great location. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. Although the pool is across the road the pool itself is fab with lots of room around to sun bathe and a great pool bar serving snacks and drinks.

Review 2：kitchen uncomfortable... tiny!!!! (a big guy rather couldn't cook their) and weird shelves... kettle no working. in bathroom nothing like soap etc. If you are in couple forgot about sleeping comfortable together! because beds all night running away for two sides...

In kitchen was everything what you need. balcony in saloon and in bedroom :) staff was nice, helpful and wanted to clean room everyday (but never happened because we slept in this time after partys...). we stayed in October so price was amazing and we save some money in food because my bf like to cook ;)

Review 5：The location is perfect close enough to the beach and westend but far enough for peace and quiet from the night life. My room was big enough and comfortable. Supermarket down stairs and across the road , restaurants down stairs. Golden Buddha across the road amazing for sun set café mambo a few minutes away. All in all its good

Review 6：The wifi had s very poor connection and there was alot of noise coming from other rooms within the hotel. There was 4 people staying in our apartment and unfortunately the two couches weresfe into beds (they weren't meant to be proper beds) so they were quite uncomfortable

Review 7：Rooms were clean and spacious- we we're upgraded to a top room with a huge terrace. Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful!

Review 8：The staff in the cafe/bar were a little rude when we tried to order food and they were eating. They should have perhaps put a closed sign up rather than moan at the customers who also wanted lunch. We had to hold the toaster down for it to work but it was no problem for us. Towels were a little small but still did the job.

Review 9：We worked out that the sofa beds were more comfortable than the beds but the beds were okay. It was great to have a big table and chairs to sit round. Air conditioning was brilliant as it was very hot this week. Very secure door to the room made us feel very safe as 4 girls staying in Ibiza alone.

Review 10：I thought the location of the the apartments was very good, so close to the sunset strip and the westend, also wasn't a long walk to the beach. Was great to have the restaurant and shop in the apartments. The reception also were able to order a taxi so quick for me and my friends which was great.

Review 11：Great Location for a stag do, Kanya Bar just 2 min walk up the road, easy transport...Sunset Strip and West End both short walk away... Couldnt fault this property at all.. coming back in September!!!

Review 23：Wasn't really sure what to expect because of the mixed reviews but everything about these apartments were really good. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, very spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Just a 10min walk to the west end, Cafe Mambo etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Review 26：We had 2 apartments booked for a hen do, I was working out in Ibiza and the others were flying out from England, I spoke to the lady on reception who let me in one room so I could decorate and she also have us 2 bottles of champagne compliments of the hotel, Request a room on the 5th floor as they have a rooftop terrace with sunbeds an the view is amazing! You can see the sunset :) Perfect location, staff were friendly, about 7 minute walk to west end! Would stay here again if came on holiday

Loved the onsite shop..perfect for the things you want from home and for gifts...and the restaurant food was lovely and well priced. Overall 10/10.

Review 56：Hotel is in excellent location – just few hundred meters from the nearest beach. It has own restaurant, supermarket. Staff is very friendly and efficient. We visited San Antony at the end of the season, so hotel was quite, no noisy groups of clubbers. Apartments have well equipped kitchenette, rooms are spacious. Apartment is cleaned every other day, fresh towels supplied at the same.

Review 59：Cleaners werent that attentive. Had to go down to reception myself to ask for basics like fresh towels and toilet paper. Bringing friends to your room afterhours was forbidden yet for a price it was allowed?! Service in the cafe bar was very slow. waited 40 minutes for one tuna panini and it wasnt even busy.

Review 63：They are so many things to say...first, if it would have been basic itwould have been something but Poniente is below basic. The window framesare made of cheep plastic and due to the fact that our room was facingthe parking in front we heard the chimpanzees screaming eachevening/morning. The bathroom door was almost broken and it made aweird sound each time we went in/out that was wakeing the dead. Wehad no blankets and by night/morning it was geting cold. My advice,if you just turned 18 and you got loose from your parents, enjoy yourholiday at Poniente. But if you like to enjoy Ibiza as it is, don'tstay in San Antonio at all! It is much better in Ibiza all though alittle more expensive, but you can go to the major clubs easily and youhave a different kind of people.

Review 70：The room we got had a massive sun terrace. In May it was nice and quiet and the receptionist was exceptionally helpful. Kept our cases secure and arranged a taxi before returning to the airport with the offer of shower facilities after checking out and before pick up. 15mins from 'west end'.

We had a 2 bed apt, and my friend had a 1 bed apt,, they were both very clean and spacious, especially our room, balconies were quite small tho. The pool is across the road, there is a bar at the pool that serves food and drink. The location is excellent, some rooms u can see the sunset from. There is a shop in the hotel, which is handy, bit pricey compared to Lidls, thats where we done our shopping, just a walk along the front of san antonio and your there. Overall, it was a great hotel and would definately go back :)
