Review 1：large apartment gave us aseparate double bedded bedroom and a living room with sofa, desk area, table and chairs plus breakfast bar with stools and kitchen including fridge and microwave, kettle AND coffee maker and a separate bathroom with great shower and bath. Loads of storage and wardrobe space, desk and floor fans, 6 of everything crockery and cutlery plus cooking utensils. Neat, clean and not too worn, fresh tiles in bathroom, plain clean linens etc. Two TVs! Wifi picked up well on 6th floor. staff very pleasant and helpful in both French and English! Good underground parking with reserved space and only a short walk to centre of town but also tram line around corner. Quiet at night. easy from main motorway from North and easy drive to major shopping complexes if you want! Angers is lovely but with a huge university so accommodation is generally pricy. this is a great compromise.
Review 2：Great service, nice apartment with kitchen facilities and bathroom. Easy to do washing, great wifi. Good location and nice view from our windows!! Also pleased to have TV as the rugby was on!

Review 4：description in booking implied that parking was included - not so secure parking was extra. shower was not very good - it did not have a very good flow rate.
Review 5：location - close to city centre. staff spoke english well but accepted that i wanted to speak french and helped me rather than switching to english because it was easy. room was very clean. breakfast was excellent value for money.
Review 6：The room we were initially given was nothing like that shown on the website. I requested a room for four but as we registered three names was given a room for three. These rooms are small and uninviting and smelt heavily of cigarette smoke. On raising these issues with reception we were allocated a four bed room as illustrated on the website. No oven or microwave, basic decoration still meant that we were disappointed with the establishment.

Review 24：There were only 2 details: (1) It's very disappointing that you don't have service for luggage storage, neither in the hotel nor the city. (2) I stayed in the hotel from Wednesday night to Saturday morning and it's disgusting that any of those days cleaning stuff couldn't take out the rubbish. During all my stay in the hotel, nobody cleaned my room. Maybe this is the way the hotel works, but you could at least take out the rubbish. Specially, if people use the kitchen
Review 25：In general, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The room had plenty of space, it was very nice, the bathroom was excellent and the kitchen is really useful.
Review 26：Wash hand basis was clogged and waste water did not flow well. But, after reporting it, Hotel resolved the problem and we could use the basis comfortably on our second day there. Only one devise could be connected to Wifi per room. We had two devises but only one could be connected to Wifi.

Review 30：Shower head wouldn't stay up and the drain was slow. We were there in September and the weather was still a bit hot. At night to help with the temperature we had to have the windows open and it was quite loud. The standard French shades block too much air so we had them only partially down which meant that the street light shone right into my eyes at night.

Review 32：Séjours & Affaires Angers Atrium was perfect for us as we travelled north. The whole apartment was very well equipped, spacious and very clean. The staff were polite and helpful and their welcome very pleasant. There was a tv in the lounge and the bedroom, a table and chairs or breakfast bar and plenty of storage. Unlike many apartments, this would have been comfortable for a long stay and we have already marked it for a return trip.
Review 33：I didn't like that early morning someone on the same floor was blasting music at a very high volume and so I couldn't sleep well thereafter! Your website stated soundproof. It certainly was not. I was happy with everything up until that point. I didn't like that the floor wasn't carpeted. I prefer carpeted floors

I was not sure what they would be like because the price was so cheap, however the apartments turned out to be great value for money. Well appointed with everything you need, and exceptional service staff, who went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Very highly recommended.
Review 37：We can't speak highly enough of the staff at Sejours & Affaires Angers. They were very professional and extremely helpful. They spoke excellent English and assisted us with so many things, from booking taxis to printing a form and giving information on the local area. The rooms were among the cleanest we stayed in in France. There were good cooking facilities (albeit small - we stayed only two nights, not a long stay.) The fan in our room worked well. The showers/bath were very clean and had great water pressure (always a plus after weeks of travelling.) We had only child with us and he slept on a fold-out bed which was good-quality and very solid. We stayed here as our base to get to Puy du Fou and would highly recommend it to others. Taxi fare to station to get the shuttle bus to Puy du Fou was around 9 euros.

Review 101：The second bed was a sofa bed, which wasn't the most comfortable, but at the end of the day, it was a great find, and so good for us to be able to stay somewhere with our 2 young children without having to book 2 separate rooms.
Review 102：The room was very reasonably priced compared against other hotels for 4 people, and it was great having the kitchenette, so that when we wanted to eat but the local restaurants weren't open yet, we could just pop round the corner, buy some pasta,cheese, sauce etc, and had a hot meal for us and the kids in the room, no trouble. It was very central, and had great secure car parking, and the staff were really helpful.
Review 103：Our car was broken into in the private underground carpark. So were all the other guests cars. Our SatNav was stolen and we had to replace a car window..total cost €500 and a day wasted from our 3 day trip to Angers. The staff agreed to refund €18 (cost of underground park for 3 nights). No air conditioning. There was one small fan ( for 2 rooms).

Staff were helpful and were happy to allow our daughter to pick up contents of fridge which we had forgotten about after we had left. Accommodation was modern and clean with loads of storage. Sound insulation to lift and other rooms was good although internal walls are thin. Easily operable shutters allowing complete blackout. Sofa bed was easy to make up and surprisingly comfortable but had to be moved a bit to allow better access to twin bed room. No oven but 2 ring electric hob, kettle, filter coffee machine and microwave.
