Review 1：When we did check in early the balcony was messy, not enough space by the pool area, paying for everything without cash or card can be difficult at times

Review 2：I liked the staff and that we could check in early which was great. Location is OK depending on what your doing and where your going.

Review 3：No gym You must sleep at 12 am or 3am at the max, as they well force to wake you up by noisy music at 10 am everyday The envoiremt is not international not even Spanish. If you're not a Brit you will find it hard to mingle

Review 4：Huge Parties each 2 days and music around the pool starts from 10 am until 8pm if there is huge party it will be from 5pm to 12am

Review 5：If ur not from England, Ireland or wales .. Then Choose another hotel .. All of staff and the guests from there .. And u will be outcast in there !! And it is 30-45 mins to big nightclubs by bus or taxi !!

Review 7：The staff at reception didn't tell us anything when we checked in about having to pay deposit for air con, hairdryer etc so we had to make several trips to sort out all these things. Only got a hair dryer on the last night-pretty sure it says hairdryer is included in room ... It is not take your own.

Review 8：Good location, walk to west and San Antonion in about 5 mins although most clubs are nearer playa den bossa.

Review 9：The hotel was full of people from England and Scotland, it was not International at all, maybe very few from different countries about 1% only. So basically It was not a good thing honestly. but it seems like San Antonio is a British destination. Other than that, the hotel was good and price was pretty much ok since we came in August time.

Review 10：The location is not that perfect but is good its about 5 to 8 mins walk to The strip street and the beach. The hotel style is very nice and I loved the atmosphere of the music and the concerts. The hotel is not for those who want to have a relaxing time, its for everyone who wants to have a party fun holiday as music starts from 11 am till midnight. Its fun !!

Review 12：Very basic room, it wasn't clean, shower curtain stained, room cleaned once in 4 days towels changed once. You had to pay for a remote for the TV, aircon and safe key...not a deposit you had to pay!!?? If I was advised of this probably wouldn't have booked.

Review 22：The customer service from staff was absolutely disgusting. They treated you like fraudsters. I paid for my booking with credit card back in March and was not informed to take this with me. Therefore we got locked out of our room until we provided this which was hard to provide as this card was at home. I then had to re pay in euros or we would have been kicked out of the room. I find this disgraceful as I had proof of payment and they received this back in March. They then kept telling me I would be refunded but wouldn't do it straight away I had to keep going to reception daily to then be told to come back later. This made me furious as a group of other friends which checked in with myself did not have to provide their card details? Doesn't make sense!! The hotel had no remorse and was not willing to help in the slightest.

Review 24：Unable to check in until 4pm when we had arrived at 1130am we had reservation at ocean beach for 2pm meaning we didn't get any use of our room that day and had to get changed in a really hot toilet block The foods not a patch on that of the Ibiza rocks bar and for a hotel where you mite spend might if your time food and drinks are a bit over priced I can understand being more exp when gigs are on but not during a normal day Maid visited once during our 4 day stay and we had to take towels off the maid trolly as ours weren't changed

Review 28：The comfort , cleanliness and general appearance of our room was very poor. Dirty and stained sheets, dirty SC pots n pans. Broken toilet that u had to manually flush within the cistern. The constant noise didn't bother us but I wouldn't recommend stayin here if u want a calm relaxing stay. The music and noise doesn't stop!

Review 51：The staff is friendly. I lost my passport and he gave me direction andtold me what to do. I'm a female solo traveler, and I thought theygot me a small room but no. I got a big room and located far from thesmaller room with noisy ppl. My room is some kind of studio type andlocated in the other wing of the hotel and facing the pool so it wasnice. But if you're here for silent trip or honeymoon I dontrecommend because they have music played all day in the pool. Which I dolike because they played a very nice house music.. Also the hotellocated in a very strategic place. U can go for a shopping near the portor see sunset (it was the best) in cafe mambo or cafe del mar in just awalking distance.

Review 52：If you wanted to sleep then this wouldn't be an ideal place to stay but we were on a stag party so didn't mind.

Review 53：Hotel staff were excellent especially Miriam in the front bar. Excellent security on front door, only people staying in hotel are allowed access. Young lively hotel. The free concerts are the reason we booked. We got franz Ferdinand with Zane Lowe djing. Can't beat that as an extra to your room. Very close to west end and sunset strip so all In all great value, location and hospitality. Would recommend to anyone who is up for a good time

Review 54：The rooms felt like disgusting college dorms. There were twin beds onopposite sides of the room, a small table in the middle, and a repulsivekitchen area that I would never eat from. We were also not informed thata/c was an additional cost...we got that info from another guest.The 2nd day we were there, we asked for clean towels only to be told byreception that "housekeeping will bring them to you when they comeclean the room"...it was well after 3pm and not only had they notcame to clean yet...they never showed up! Awful!!

Review 55：I liked that they had an entire staff dedicated to making sure you knewabout all the parties on the island. That particular staff was betterthan the actual hotel staff as it relates to getting information aboutthe island itself as well.
