Review 1：I stayed at the Mirador des Port with my son ( adult ). The toilet in his room was constantly flushing and when we told the room maid she arranged to have it fixed immediately which was excellent. The only problem was the 'Technician' who tried to fix it actually stopped it from flushing altogether leaving my son with no flushing toilet for over one day as the 'Technician' did not work on Sundays.

Review 3：We had a garden room on the lower ground floor with a veiw of the port. Although the weather wasn't good, the central heating kept us worm. The breakfast had an excellent selection and the staff were very helpful. We would certainly recommend this Hotel.

Review 4：The only thing that was a slight negative was the evening meal which was a bit repetitive, it would have been good to have a more varied menu.

Review 5：It is difficult to criticize this hotel, everything from the very friendly and helpful staff, room facilities eg daily newspaper, robes, toiletries, view of the port,fridge and complimentary bottle of cava and fruit bowl was faultless! Location was perfect,10 minutes walk from centre of Mahon and bus station that takes you everywhere on Menorca was 7 minutes walk away.We are planning on returning for Christmas.

Review 10：The breakfast. The layout was chaotic and not really an international menu. We found a better and cheaper breakfast ten minutes walk away.

Review 12：Check-in was incredibley slow (around 25mins) and the bar service was terrible, this hotel needs more staff on duty and a few 'smiling' lessons wouldn't go a miss. no internet service was availabe and the hotel phone system was down. The walls of the hotel are so thin we could hear the occupant of the adjoining room using the toilet, not particulalry pleasant. Some sort of air-con/water unit made clunking and groaning noises all night keping us awake.

Review 15：Hotel is nice and airey, our room 202 overlooked the port where every morning you could watch the mainland ferries arriving. In reply to other posts, sauna is still not working !!!!!!! only an observation, outside pool was nice but needs cleaning out in the mornings as there are a lot of woodlice/spiders/wasps and other dead floaters laying on top. Hotel staff are very helpful and courteous. Travelling with my 9 year old boy I think I would plumb to stay at a more livelier hotel with entertainment. Please don't misunderstand me, the hotel was fine and the food of a good standard.

Review 49：The gym was not something I would call a gym but it is there. The jacuzzi was out of order. The WiFi was dropping out all the time in the room. The garden is due for some gardening. You will need to rent a car to visit the beaches but finding a parking spot for your car at the hotel is not easy.
