The room was spotless, larger than expected and very comfortable. We ordered room service which was very good and the staff were again helpful and efficient. The breakfast the next morning was excellent with a good choice and again the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay again when in Wiesbaden.

Review 11：From the time we walked into the hotel, we were made to feel extremely welcome. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. Added to this, the location was just perfect for walking into town, yet it was secluded and quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful meal or drink in the beautifully kept gardens.

Review 101：We loved the location! Walk to downtown within minutes!! The bed was comfy and the pillows were like clouds for my head. Breakfast was good, though a tad overpriced at 15€ per person. Parking was usually plentiful and if there wasn't a spot at that moment the staff would hold your keys and move you into one when available. Lastly, the staff was very helpful in point of interest locations!

They look like snakes coming out ofthe ceiling - and once I noticed that I couldn't stop noticing it!The hotel appears to have been renovated to mix classic old world stylewith contemporary touches scattered throughout. And overall, it'srather successful. But those snaky lights where people are trying toeat? Weird.
