Review 1：No atmosphere in the bar, very slow service. Only asked on 3rd morning out of 4 if we would like a cooked breakfast. Problem with a smell of sewage in our room 301.

Review 3：The hotel was five minutes walk from the town, but was in a quiet area. The rooms were comfortable and the buffet breakfast was generous. Best of all, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Review 15：Travelling from home (Dubai) in temperatures of 30c plus, found the Hotel too cold even though there is heating! Always came back to very cold room, until we could turn heating on as doesn't run when out of room.

Review 18：The hotel is run by a very helpful and pleasant couple. TThey were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The location is excellent, the hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast caters to every taste with fresh orange juice and coffee and is plentiful. We would definately stay here again!

Review 19：It has got pretty much all what we appreciate most in accomodation on our holidays. with no hesitation we would recomend it to anyone. First impression of the room is really good due to it is tip top clean. This is the first condition for us to make our stay comfortable. Next best thing is that room is pretty cosy due to lot of thoughfull lighting and nice soft carpet all over the room. Spanish style very nice breackfast wich we appreciate a lot. We guess the smaller cosy hotels know better how to feed tourists, when the tourists like ourselves want nothing but traditional nice fresh products coming from the country they are visiting. Thanks a lot to the lovely manager who saved our romantic evening after she gave us a whole pack of fresh ice to our not cold enouh sangria. We loved our stay in Mahon in San Miguel.

Review 20：Although I booked two nights only at Hotel San Miguel I enjoyed a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The bedroom & bathroom were very modern & very clean and the staff were most helpful. The hotel enjoys a good location. (although it was a little difficult to find!) - it is a 10 minute walk from the bus station and only a short walk to the start of the town's centre.

Though the weather was very warm when we were there it was Spring so we didn't need a/c. The Hotel is beautiful, the food excellent and the staff amazing. Better to stay in an authentic Menorcan building than in a glossy new Hotel. The décor both inside and out is very reminiscent of Venice. Perhaps because the owner is a Venetian and the painter is a skilled Venetian too. Very elegant and comfortable with excellent facilities, furniture and bathrooms

Review 85：A delightful hotel, welcoming and friendly, with beautifully appointed and decorated rooms - perfect for visiting Menorca's capital. A tasteful and original renovation of an old Menorcan townhouse. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed while we were there, but the breakfast buffet was superb. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Review 87：Feeling of been observed constantly by staff. They insist you leave the key each time you go out (In fact they made the key-ring so ridiculous that you would have trouble fitting it in your bag!). So you constantly have to interact with them. There is an alarm that triggers each time you enter to alert them. I had the feeling I was only allowed out on parole and not to be back late. At checkout I was asked multiple times if I had taken anything from the mini-bar and if I was really sure I hadn't. The fact that I didn't have a mini-bar in my room didn't deter them from giving the impression that they thought I was responsible for the great mini-bar heist. Very gloomy and dark inside the hotel with no reception area to speak of For a similar price you would be far better off at Catalonia Mirador des Port, that is a proper hotel with fantastic views of the port.
