Review 1：the people at the reception desk unfortunately were not able to handle any complaint. somehow a dress of mine couldn't be found in the room any more, in the end they said it was our fault. but we not it must have been dissapeared with the sheets. the food was good but there was no pic or description that there would be a buffet. the restaurant on the pic is only for every third night, if you book in advance... the poolside was cleaned during the time the people had breakfast, why not earlier? sometimes the seats outside werent cleaned from the rain so we had to sit inside...

Review 4：Excellent quality/price ratio. Breakfast and Dinner Buffet with large choice. Water boiler in the room. Fresh fruit juice at breakfast. Staff teally friendly. Bus Stop for the airport in front (4 Euros).

Review 5：It's ridiculous that the junior suite will have only Twin beds - as part of hotel policy !! To top it , the joined beds kept sliding apart !

Review 9：It was the wrong location for me personally. Its located in the party town Sant Antonio about 35 min from Ibiza town. If you like a nice & peaceful holiday its the wrong location. For a party holiday with lots of English people its the perfect place.

Review 11：When we arrived we had a pool view not sunset, however staff were happy to move us when a sunset view room became available. The upside was that in the first room we had 2 showers and a walk in wardrobe! WIFI was slow... But this is common abroad and you're there to relax and soak up the sun right!

Review 12：The drinks at the hotel were very reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and willing to help at all times. Stunning views in the sunset rooms especially the bathroom! Talk about a p00 with a view! Haha... Verve Cliquot Champagne only €47 euros a bottle! The same price as the supermarkets! Defo worth booking into the A La Carte restaurant in the hotel, good was beautiful and on the menu was beef carpaccio, seafood pasta, fillet steak, crime brûlée to name a few, delicious!

Review 13：we've booked double but the room the hotel gave us was a single... Shocked. They couldn't do anything at that time because all the rooms left were singles. My advice is to be careful with Late check in.... Very nice staff, Carols upgraded our room to junior sweet from the next day, but still it was very annoying.

Review 16：Difficult to say in this short space! Everything, from all staff, the variety and quality of food at all meal times, the sea view junior suite room, leisure facilities, the entertainers and the pool! Exceptional ;-)

Review 17：The air conditioning in our room was terrible we asked several times what the problem was but they said it was normal. And we had to sleep in a very hot room.

Review 36：San Antonio Bay, just in front of the hotel. It's very near from bus station, and ten minutes walking to Cafè del Mar. A rich buffet for the breakfast and dinner. Staff are all very kindly, you will feel that you are the most welcome.

Review 75：I arrived before check in time but the staff still sent me through to the restaurant as I was an all inclusive customer to have lunch a drink while my room was being prepared. I checked out and my flight wasn't until the evening but there was a place to hold my luggage until I needed it. I will definitely be staying again and again. Excellent!!
