Review 1：the sheet on the queen bed was only for single bed so didn't even go down the side of the bed. the restaurant didn't open for dinner until 9pm. the staff don't all speak English. pool towels would be good and robes too. they need to learn how to assemble their baby cots. they need to provide enough towels for every person in room (we had 4 people and only 3 towels). checkout took too long and was more complicated than it needed to be. breakfast was late to open and was pretty average. there are no mugs in the rooms (only glasses). a kids playground would be a good addition for the hotel to consider. the wooden steps up to the pool need to be repaired (very unsafe for adults and kids). the pool gates need latches on them so they can be closed off to kids. a kids pool would be a good addition for the hotel.
Review 2：the pool is excellent! the service at the bar (at the pool) is excellent! the green areas for the kids to play are excellent! the bathroom is very roomy carparking is good to have.
